No batteries required! Very inexpensive option for kids to have fun. Reasonably well built. The mechanics of the bubble gun are spot on. Self priming, a funnel to catch access liquid, a removable cup for the bubbles and geared to run off kid energy! Worth mentioning that they do not blow bubbles constantly as the gear design allows for movement to avoid breaking from aggressive trigger squeezing. Will kids still flip them up side down and let gravity take its toll? Yes. Will the bubble solution corrode and ruin the electronics? No! Because there are none! Just a simple rotation based LED to add some fun to night time bubbles. Also, adding a little glow stick to the bubbles is pretty cool but it will eat the plastic and pretty much ruin the bubble gun.

Disappointed; No "puppy's", but... otherwise they are great!

Attention Johnny Cash fans, they light up like a burning ring of fire! Powered by Cheerios (or whatever your kids eat, like Elon Musk said about the sun: (paraphrasing) "Powered by an inexhaustible energy supply and it's FREE!" (Kid-powered.) (That's enough colons hyphens and quotes that you won't even notice the ellipsis...) Plug-and-play, decent bubble bottles, good enough quality, I'm ordering more.

Fun do bubbles

I’ve been trying to find a bubble gun all summer and these are perfect! They come as a 5 pack so I can give a few as gifts and keep a few as backup Incase one breaks. They do take a while to pump through and could be a bit more consistent with the pumps but they get the job done so it’s fine.

awesome quality for price

all guns worked. not cheaply made but perfectly acceptable for the price, nothing broke easily even after being banged and thrown. I love that it lights up and makes a sound that's not annoying with no batteries included (which is tons of money saved in itself since you never need to replace batteries) its not difficult at all for my newly turned 2 year old to get bubbles out (this was a 2 yr bday gift ) and on top of all this the guns have a leak protection which not only avoids leaks and mess but help to avoid wasting bubbles by catching it and re using it. for the price I not only cant complain but feel like I have bragging rights. I keep showing people and whenever I tell them what I paid for how many guns and bubbles they are always blown away

Why aren't all bubble guns like this?

no batteries, light up, blow tons of bubbles...why does anyone make battery-required bubble guns? One in the package of 5 was broken and they quickly replaced it. Waiting for them to come back in stock to order more.

Worked great with no batteries!!

We ordered 10 of these bubble guns for our daughters wilderness wedding after she had been searching for some for over 3 weeks at multiple stores! She sprayed them all gold and they worked incredibly well for all the kids during her wedding 'parade of kids' They saved the day!!! So many beautiful and irridedescent bubbles.

These are GREAT!!!

OMG. These are fantastic. We have had several other company's bubble shooters this summer and all of them have broken within 2 days. They were all different versions of the same battery powered bubble guns. These bubble shooters are NOT battery operated. They are sort of like a water pistol. Pull the trigger and it spews out bubbles. To top it off, they have a whirring noise (not loud) and there is a light that goes on that is triggered by the pressing of the trigger. Our 2 1/2 year old was thrilled. She couldn't see the light in the bright sunlight, but we took her out at dusk when she could get the full lights, bubbles and sound. It was the first thing she told her parents when they came to pick her up. My advice to those of you looking for bubble shooters is forget the battery operated ones and make these from Pretex the only ones you buy. You will be very happy. Most importantly, the children will be very happy.

No batteries!

Pretty neat that they don’t use batteries, but harder for younger kids to use as you have to pull the trigger a bunch to get the bubbles out. Also, avoid the beach with these as the sand easily jams up the gears.

Used for wedding reception/exit!

I have always loved bubble guns! Liked using them at festivals, concerts etc...but they would always die really quickly because batteries+soap=disaster. So great to see how they’ve modified it so no batteries needed! I decided to buy 20 of these for the dance floor and exit for my wedding. It was a huge hit! People loved them during the reception and we had bubbles everywhere! Several parents snuck them home for their kids because they were so great. Would absolutely recommend!

PERFECT for kiddos!

This is one of the best purchases I've made for my kids. I bought them for my son's (2nd) bday party and they were a huge hit! The price is great and no batteries!! You just refil the bubble jars that come with the guns, what parent doesn't love how easy that is and the $$ you save. If you're not sure about trying these, DO IT. Also, the seller takes the time to follow up with you to ensure you like the product and that they work, #Merica.
