I seriously LOVE this tumbler. I bought the Corkcicle canteen last year, and was so impressed with it that I decided to buy my Mom a canteen for Christmas, and added a tumbler when I saw one in a matching color. She loved hers so much that she bought my brother and sister-in-law Corkcicle tumblers, which convinced me to buy my own. I use it all day, every day! So far, I've only used it with hot drinks (it IS winter, still), and it will maintain temperature for hours. With the lid on, I've never had a drink cool down past a few degrees from the time that I poured it into the tumbler until the time that I finished it. The downside to that is that you have to be VERY careful to not put drinks in at too high a temperature to start with. I made some herbal tea a few weeks ago for a three hour drive to San Francisco, and by the time that I got to the city, I still couldn't drink the tea, as it was too hot! The only thing I don't like about it is that the lid can be difficult to clean. I use mine primarily for coffee and herbal teas, and it's very hard to clean under the sliding vent on the lid. I even tried to order a separate lid (one for coffee, one for other drinks), but couldn't find one on the website. I'm still giving 5 stars, despite this annoying design feature, so that should tell you how awesome this thing is.

Best mug ever

I looove this tumbler so much! It's the perfect size for everyday coffee rituals. It keeps the liquid warm for hours. But most of all I love the transparent lud. It's super cool. Highly recommended. Look no further.

This insulated travel mug has become my #1 favorite for hot and cold beverages on the go and around the house/office. On the first use, my daughter made a hot herbal tea that stayed too hot to drink for the 2.5 hours it took me to drive home. She had filled it to the brim and I was too hurried to stop and pour off a bit so that I could leave the vent open for some of the heat to dissipate. Now THAT is insulated! I love using this mug for my morning latte as I commute; the last sip is as good (and hot!) as the first. It truly amazed me when ice cubes immersed in water stayed frozen in the mug overnight! Still more amazing, after a (too-)long day at work, I left the mug on my automobile roof and started to drive. It rolled off and hit the concrete ground without a bit of damage to the mug or the plastic lid. My only 'complaint' is that I expect to lose the little plastic chip that opens the drinking hole and I wish it would clip in place more snugly so that I need not hold it open to enjoy my beverage. This is a minor complaint, however. Corkcicle is still my newest favorite travel mug - for hot or cold beverages. I'm thinking that this summer I'll try ice cream in it!

Best insulated cup ever!

I love this cup! I initially tested the cup by filling it with ice and leaving it on the counter for 19 hrs. There was minimal melting and I had errands to run so I filled it the rest of the way with water and left it in the car, on a hot summer day, while I ran from place to place. After about 4 hrs I eventually drank all the water and still had a cup full of frosted ice ready for a refill. I probably should have just stuck with it and kept refilling it until it finally had no ice left but I suspect this task would go on for days. The cup fits perfectly in my car cup holder, it fits comfortably in my hand, it’s a beautiful color (sparkling pixie dust) and I love that it’s not shaped like a 32 oz styrofoam convenient store cup like a lot of the other thermal cups. It is amazing!

Functional and classy

It looks beautiful, simple but classy, keeps my coffee hot or cold for hours. I also like the flat sides, it fits in my hand better

Ice does not melt!

Ice is my pet peeve! You never get enough to keep a drink cold but with the Corkcicle your ice does not melt. I have had ice in it next to my bed and it is still there when I wake up the next morning! I love that it comes in my favorite color purple among others. Fits great in both vehicles.

Keep your drinks cold in easy to grip cup

What a great cup! Easy to hold with the flat areas. My mom has arthritis and it works so well for her. This keeps your drinks cold for a very long time. The lid allows for a smoothie size straw if you like. The lid can be a tad tricky. I push them turn for a lock. Sometimes the rubber comes off. All very easy to deal with an worth it for the cup. I noticed they sell replacement lids. The lid is machine washable while cup is hand wash only. Lid can get a bit grimey under the slid close part (from lipstick/gloss without straw). Comes clean in washer. I use this all day everyday. Love the cup, even better if you add a monogram decal!

Keeps my coffee hot for hours

I tend to sip on coffee slowly, when I come back to my cup it's always cold. I love this mug, it keeps my coffee boiling hot, even if I let it sit. The top is secure but it will leak if tipped.

Addicted to Corkcicles.

Purchased this to take my morning tea to work (environmentally & fiscally good for you!) and for the occasional hot chocolate splurge (ooh, with Butterscotch Schnapps - have you tried? Not at work!) Hard to decide on colors, but I really like this light purple. Keeps everything hot for several hours, and the lid has not failed me yet - no spills. Love these Corkcicles.

Great Alternative To Lugging Around A Water Bottle

I saw this in an airport shop and knew I needed to try one. I ordered it off Amazon because I did not want to lug it with me on the way home. I am recovering from a tough surgery and need to have H2O with me constantly. This was an awesome alternative to my usual go-to which is my Hydroflask bottle. It fits all the straws I have from the clear ones that came with my Hydroflask sip lid to my funky colored Starbucks straws. It stays cold with ice much longer than I expected, even sitting in a hot car. It can get to the point where the cup is too hot to pick up, but there is still ice in the cup. I was having problems with the lid securing all the way at first, but I found that the plastic seal was slightly twisted in a spot or two from taking it off. If I do I quick spot check and untwisting if necessary before I put the lid back on I have no problems.
