I love this little robot vacuum as much as I love my children, and I really love them. My gross humans drop everything on the floor, it’s impressive how they continue to grow since literally zero food actually hits their mouths. I’m the only mom in my neighborhood without a cleaning lady, so the bar is set pretty high. This robot vacuum helps me keep up with the Jones’s AND greatly reduces my work load. Thanks little dude.

This is our first Roomba, and our expectations were not too high. We've had it for about 7 months and have been pleased with our purchase. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of dog hair that it collects from our yellow lab along with the small rocks that regularly get tracked in the house. It works very well on our bedroom carpeting, but not at all on the longer shag area rugs, which is what we expected from the reviews. The area rugs are enough of barrier that it does not venture there. The mobile phone app is handy for tracking and useful for finding the machine when it gets trapped under furniture. It always amazes how much dog hair it picks up.

We have a dog and that is all I need to say. I program this guy to run a cycle during the day and no more pet hair. I forgot to close the basement door one day and I freaked out thinking my Roomba was going to crash. Heck no, I got an alert to my phone "Roomba stuck on a cliff" The device shut down and never crashed. Keeps the house clean and tidy

This is my fourth Roomba (well, 3 Roombas and a Braava.) I HATE cleaning floors, so I gave over that task to the robots. I started years ago with an original iRobot Roomba Discovery, which I literally wore out after many years and several rebuilds. Then an upgrade to the model 890 and the addition of the Braava mopping robot. I liked the way the 890 worked, and the wifi connectivity was handy, so I got this 671 to use in a different part of the house. The cleaning capability of the 671 is like a souped-up Discovery, and it cleans much better. Once you're accustomed to the Roomba's quirks (yes, they clean in a random pattern, but eventually cover the whole area, and yes, they can get stuck on lamp cords and dog toys,) you'll enjoy having clean floors without the hassle of vacuuming (or mopping!) I set mine to run when I'm not home, and most of the time I return to find it happily sleeping on the base unit, and all I have to do is empty the bin. Personally, I'd much rather deal with the few quirks than vacuuming, and my house is cleaner because the robot runs more often than I ever ran the vacuum cleaner.

I am very excited about this Roomba, especially since my cat sheds all the time. The app is easy to use. I do feel like the battery is not working as well as when I first bought the unit; some of my cleanings have been cancelled 1.5 hours into the cleaning (when cleanings usually last 3 hours). I do find that about 1 in 5 cleanings are cancelled because the unit gets stuck or confused. However, overall, I am still very pleased with the product.

I don't like the fact that you can only do one room at a time, then it has to charge before you can do another room. I thought that I would be able to control it with my smartphone, but it doesn't work with it. The thing that I do like about it is that I don't have to vacuum the rooms myself, it does it for me. That is good because I have back problems, so trying to push around a vacuum sweeper was hard on my back. It is good for pet hairs, carpets, tile floors.

This is my second Roomba 600 series. The first one died after 3 years of daily use. The rubber on the wheels wore thin. I could have replaced them but it made more sense to purchase a newer version of the 600 series because my first Roomba didn't come with an app. I love the 600 series because it's great for pet hair. The collection chamber is big enough that my Roomba cleans our 1900 sq. ft. house without me having to empty it. My Roomba still high centers itself under my couch. Not sure why it does this and have given iRobot feedback about this issue. That's another thing I love about iRobot...you can contact them via Live Chat and give them feedback. I also signed up for providing them feedback so that they can make their products better for me to use. I also purchased the wet iRobot. It's great for getting light dirt off my tile floors.

I can’t say enough good things about this! Love love love this vac! As a mom of four plus a dog this has been such a huge help. I love coming home to the clean vacuum marks on the carpet and the little crumbs on the kitchen floor cleaned up. Does good on the carpet too. I’ve only had two issues and that is we have to make sure all cords are picked out and out of the way because it will suck up and get stuck on phone chargers etc and my boys left our basement door open one day and it’s cliff sensors obviously didn’t work seeing as when we got home the Roomba was flipped over upside down halfway down the stairs but thankfully it still works. I will always have one of these vacuums! Great little help.

First we don't have a pet so fur/hair isn't a real issue in our cleaning. We have tile, hardwood and carpet flooring and Rocky (what we have named our Roomba 671) does a great job on all surfaces. He will run around for more than an hour in the section of the house that we place him (we block off the areas we don't want him to go for that particular cleaning--on another day we switch to those rooms of the house). He doesn't attempt to fall down the stairs (which we worried about at first). We think it is fun watching him run around cleaning sometimes. Perhaps we need to get a life! : ) Only issue is: We have a large room carpet with an intricate design that has a really dark circle in it and he thinks he is going to fall in a hole (what he reads the dark circle as) so he doesn't go over that section of that particular carpet. That isn't a problem for us though. Overall we are glad we bought our Roomba.

Got this to help clean up after my Husky and her shedding process. Couldn't be happier with the results (unless I'd have bought an upgraded model). It cleans and does everything i expected it to do. It was even able to go over small rugs in the home without being caught on anything. The only downside is if you want the device to push notifications to a specific device (my phone in my case); it will require that your device and the Roomba run on the 2 Ghz wifi channel in the home, as the 5 Ghz will not work on it. But that's more of a convenience factor and not a performance factor. Love the product!
