Oustanding and Shockingly Easy to Setup.
well, I do get attached to things. One of those 'things' was a Canon MX860 printer. It was over 7 years old. We loved it. But after 7 years - of frequent use - started getting that dreaded error 'C000'. Tried all 'workarounds' and even changed the printer-head to no avail. Wife said: "It's Time. Let it go." Sigh. 7 years. Anyway, after some research, bought this HP printer. The name 'Office Jet' takes me way back: I'm a 'discrete component era' engineer who remembers the 'prestige' associated with 'Office Jet'. This unit was so darn easy to setup: about 6 minutes. The Wi-Fi config and performance is shockingly easy and fast. While printing it's a bit noisy and 'catapults' the sheets out, but I just can't believe this price-point-vs-feature thing: $60? (!). Even the fit/finish of the plastics is very good. 7 Years ago, something like this would have cost 2.5 times as much. Great value.

I needed the feeder
So I had an old photojet. It was really old but it did a great job. Wasn't sure I really wanted to replace it but the rollers were starting to groan with age like we all eventually do. So I got this officejet because it was so highly rated. A printer should just be a printer right? It sets up really easy and is wireless so I could spare an extra direct connection to my router. Definite bonuses. I don't broadcast my network name so I had to enter all that in manually but that is just how I do things and if you do to it isn't a problem at all. The thing that made me give it 5 stars was that it has a feed option where you can just put in a pile of paper to scan in and it just feeds each page through for you. This should be standard nowadays and probably is but my old photojet made me manually swap in each page. After that I wasn't really going to care about much else. It prints and works fine. The one thing... if you are going to be like doing resumes or something that really requires that super sharp look, I'd suggest finding some laser printer designed for that. The prints aren't unclear at all but they just don't have that burnt-in chiseled look.

CRAZY PRINTER
This printer is insane for the price, it hooks up via HPSmart Print, can instantly send you ink, print from your phone and wirelessly print easier than anything. My mom has struggled printing from her chromebook to her non-wireless capable printer for years, it required taking her old super slow no battery laptop and plugging it into the non-wireless printer then printing from the chromebook. It worked I guess but it was a lot of work to only print return labels. Her colleague suggested this and I set it up, literally technology at its best. I'm considering get one for myself!

Very functional, very affordable...and it's wireless!
This is a nice and truly wireless printer that is easy to set up and easy to use....right out of the box. While I am no fan of HPs expensive ink cartridges, other manufacturers have caught on and are not much cheaper. The printer's price was right...about $60... and the unit has loads of useful features. Print quality is good. Print speed is ok, not stellar but acceptable. The only thing I find a bit cheap on this printer is the use of a pull out tab to catch the printed papers instead of a tray. The functionality of this printer outweighs this small disappointment, however.

Easy to use easy to install
I am computer stupid. I am the person that failed at most compute stuff. I on my own set this up and used it!! On my own!! The quality is amazing! I so love it!!

Impressive overall.
Easy easy set up. I like the instant ink. I signed up immediately. Paper tray is within the printer. No paper sticking out. The HP smart app does wonder. I can also send prints to my printer from anywhere in the world. During setup, you will get the printer email address. Oh yes, it has an email address.

Easy to set up and use for phone, printer etc
Easy to set up, works great even with my older lap top. Now I can print from my phone or PC w/ out the wires. I'll be getting a second one for work. They try to get you to subscribe to ink purchases. I opted out so I don't have an opinion on if that's a good idea or not.

I dig it!
Love this new model! It’s bigger than I’d expected! But very sleek looking despite the massive size. It’s for home use! I’m a new business woman! So it’s great! We can’t scan. But the App scans and emails/prints. I’d recommend this printer. It’s pretty darn good.

Awesome printer, great value!
I purchased this printer after agonizing over the decision for weeks. Best. Decision. Ever. Printer is VERY easy to set up--wireless was working in just a few minutes. The copies are crisp and clean, no smearing ink. I have not tried faxing or scanning, I have only printed out MANY items for the new school year, but all have come out wonderfully. I highly recommend signing up for the HP instant ink (I ran out of ink in just five days--I printed close to 200 pages, though). The service is not expensive (it is even free if you only print 15 pages per month--how cool is that?!) and I ended up getting FIVE MONTHS FREE. That's 300 pages per month (I signed up for the most expensive plan--why not, right? I can always modify it later...like when the first payment is due!) for FREE. I have already received confirmation that new ink cartridges are on their way and will be delivered in just a couple of days. Honestly, I love not having to worry about having extra ink on hand--I never remember to pick up the cartridges...now I don't have to. Win! Highly recommend this printer. LOVE IT!

Nice for the price
Very easy to get this printer up and running. It is necessary to go to the HP website to download the software, and that was an easy process. I like the easy access to the ink cartridges and the copies are nice and clear. For the price and for home use it's a great copier.
