My 12 and 1/2 yo son put this together...easy. i will be staining it right away. So very perfect to sit next to the tragger grill. The top will be perfect for prepping and the drawer and cabinet is great for yhe pellets and tools. Seriously perfect.

Relatively easy to assemble. Not heavy duty but well made and no problems assembling. Did not bother adding narrow shelf on top as found no practical use for it. I do like the tool hanger on the side but hardware is lightweight and may need to be replaced eventually. Very pleased with purchase and previous reviews helped with expectations.

Love this potting bench! Very nice and smells good because it’s made out of cedar!

Received on Saturday, husband unpacked on Tuesday. Packed well, no damage. Directions are simple and we only had one issue when we used 'b' screws when should have used 'd' towards the very end. Wish the directions had been a bit larger but overall didn't have any problems and it's very sturdy, no need to do any additional work to secure it. I do plan to get a small handle for the cabinet door so I don't have to pull on the lock to open it. I am also planning to give it a coat of sealer before I put it outside. Very excited to use it in a few weeks when Spring planting season hits us.

I love anything multi-function. This potting bench will be great for potting plants, but that only happens a few times per season. Other than that, and more often, it will be a functional piece of furniture when we grill and entertain outside - for setting platters, serving, and storing the grilling gear. Love the metal counter top as it seems more durable than just wood. If I could give half stars I would rate it at 4-1/2 (based on some of the extra work we had to put into it), but I'm happy to give 5 stars because we really love it! We did some extra work to it, some of it based on other reviews. We sealed it with a waterproof sealer before assembly since it will sit outside. We upgraded the drawer handle and put a knob on the door just to look a little better. The only downside to this bench was that it came with two pieces where the wood split, so before sealing and assembly there was gluing and clamping of the splits. My husband did the assembly on his own and said he was pleasantly surprised that ALL the pre-drilled screw holes lined up perfectly! So, even though we put a little extra work into, for the price point we feel it's a very good value and the extra steps enhanced the look of it and, honestly, did not take up much extra time. We are very happy with our dual-function potting/serving bench! A side note upon reading other reviews about the drawer not pulling in and out smoothly: we used the old-fashioned method of rubbing the drawer runners and groove with wax - either a candle or canning wax that comes in bars. Works like a charm on wood and helps the drawer to function smoothly.

I absolutely love this bench. It’s a beautiful wood and is sturdy. Upon opening all of the pieces were wrapped/layered so that they didn’t scratch each other. I did find 5 imperfections in the wood that were glued and stood out but once it was assembled all of the glue marks were completely out of sight. I was very surprised at how easy it was assembled. Most of the holes are predrilled and the pieces lined up perfect. It was probably the easiest thing I’ve ever built.

My Parents bought this for my Birthday. I Love it! I assembled this with my 78 year old mother easy to follow instructions everything has a letter to follow. This took us 4.5 hours to assemble. I also purchased a top coat and painted everything even underneath. The drawer and the cabinet work great everything lines up. I lined the drawer with contact paper.

This bench is well engineered. I removed the pre-assembled hardware, and stained it with an oil based cedar stain first. Then assembled it. Only two small hitches... the bottom, inside of the enclosed side, was a little too big to fit down flush, so the door didn’t want to close. I shaved a fraction from it, and it worked. The other, very small, thing was that one self tapping screw was hitting a natural knot, and started splitting the wood. I drilled that one hole. Other than that, it went together easily and strongly. Very sturdy. The door and drawer work great. Staining or painting it will make a difference. It has no finish when it arrives. I would definitely recommend this potting bench.

I love them , very timely excellent price. will buy from this dealer again
