I had an espresso machine from 1985 (not kidding) and i used it for so long until it finally needed to be yeeted. I saw good reviews for this and didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a new one so i bought this. As a broke college student, I cant emphasize enough how much money you will save in coffee because it makes the best lattes you will ever have. Super easy, 4-5 steps into making a coffee, and quick. My roommates love it too. Would be a really good gift for a college student!!

Great product

This coffee machine is very useful for people who don’t have hot water at home. You just have to pour any type of water in even tap water works. Also it boils really fast which is great for busy or lazy people like me. It’s easy to assemble ,clean, and use. Overall I’m very happy with this.

Works great

The previous coffee maker was out of order, so this is the first time I tried to buy an espresso maker. I was surprised by the price of the best seller in amazon. Usually, the espresso maker had to be over one hundred thousand. I placed the order with half confidence and took about two weeks to use. As a result, it didn't disappoint me. Incredible Customer Service!!!

I am beyond happy with my espresso machine. Everything about the machine is amazing. What’s even more amazing is the service from Aicook once a part of ours was lost (thinking one our grand babies decided to make a toy out of it). I contacted them through Facebook inquiring on how to purchase a new part. They offered to send me not one, but two machines that had been returned to replace the part free of charge. I am have never experienced such quick and giving customer service. Thank you Aicook. We will continue to use your products!!!!

Easy to use and compact

I love this espresso machine! It's small and doesn't take up much counter space. The coffee grounds holder is easy to put in the right slots...no more fumbling around trying to get it locked in. So easy to use. Best one I've had so far.

First espresso machine nice

This is my first espresso machine. Overall great espresso machine that is easy to use and convenient. Great concentrated espresso that is strong and gives me a quick kick in the morning. A good head start espresso machine for beginner without requiring much techniques and skills. But the only down side of this product is the froth system —- more liquidity than expected.

Outstanding, cafe-worthy product

After years using Francis, Francis! and Starbucks' machines, I recently bought my second Aicook Espresso Machine. It's ease of use, effective milk frother, small footprint, comprehensive warranty program and reasonable price earn high marks from me. I begin every workday joyfully by making a large cappuccino. And the company's customer service department in China is exemplary. They have several times bent over backwards to provide me with courteous and very helpful assistance. Easy to use espresso machine

My husband always wanted to have a cup of coffee in the morning, and that's why I got this espresso coffee machine. It was very easy to use. Pour water into the coffee machine by using the cup to measure how much coffee you are going to have. Wait for the water to be boiled. It only took like less than 5 minutes to have a cup of coffee at home. Besides, it costed less than a cup of coffee in DD in long-term.

Easy to use

Nice espresso maker, good replacement for old coffee maker. before I purchased this espresso maker, I did a lot bit research, people was talking about that machine is get leaking or taking forever to make 4 shots espresso. Actually you have to read manual before you use espresso maker. It’s works perfect on me, it’s only spend me about 40 dollars and bring me nice good rich espresso everyday in the morning .
