I have been using this menstrual cup for two months and it is the first time that I use one, I am 20 years old. I recommend you do a lot of research before using it for the best use, I saw many videos on YouTube of tips of how to put it on, etc. It help me a lot to feel comforable. I’m still learning but little by little, you have to know your body to know how really put it on and you have to put fear aside, it is super comfortable and it really is wonderful, I don't know why I had not used it before, I am in love, it makes the period more comfortable, I am an Au Pair, I work taking care of 4 children which forces me to move a lot and this is incredible. When you try it for first time you have to be patient, It may feel weird at first but after a few minutes you will forget that uou put the cup on, also is normal to have leaks at the beginning in what you understand to use the cup correctly, give it more than one try and you will not regret it, it is of excellent quality. The package includes helpful instructions and information. I highly recommend it. :)

I will spare the explicit details and tell you that this is life changing. My advice would be to research menstrual cups before purchasing, including how to use it. YouTube has some wonderful (tasteful) videos with directions and care. There is somewhat of a learning curve the first few times you use it, but once you have figured out what works best for you, you will never want to go back. You will no longer need to set timers and alarms for your tampons or worry about packing extra feminine products. It can be worn up to 12 hours which makes a huge difference. I went hiking and then out to lunch for a few hours and didn’t have to worry about it. This brand has lovely packaging and a nice pouch to store it in. They also work with a charity which is nice. Overall would recommend

I just finished my first cycle with my saalt cup. After a bit of a learning curve, it was great! It is important to remember that a cup sits lower than a tampon, and after this little hiccup I had no issues. It was easy to use and I never had any issues with getting the cup to open. I was able to do yard work, climb, jump, swim, and hike with no issues and also felt cleaner (I have read that tampons mess with your ph and perhaps this is why I felt better with a cup). I would recommend the Put a Cup in It quiz as that is how I found the saalt cup. Though it was not my top recommendation, the idea that saalt is an active cup, as well as the general shape, appealed to me. I was able to get through my period for the first time in my life without it feeling like an issue or a slow down. I'd for sure recommend this cup!

I wish I was kidding when I say the Saalt cup saved my 2020. This product is amazing. I at first had no hope after buying the June cup, as it was $6 and had decent reviews, however, I could not get that cup to open at all once inserted. I was skeptical any cup would work but the Saalt is so easy to use!! I personally used a C fold and had no issue with it expanding into place once inside. If you don’t feel it expanding, reach in a bit and press on the base on one side a couple times, and then tug the stem to make sure it’s secure. I purchased the regular small and I will say my cramps the first two days were not great. I do not know if I can blame the cup for this but honestly the benefits outweigh those few days of discomfort. Those first couple days I also wasn’t used to the cup, and throughout the week got more comfortable with it being in and eventually forgot sometimes I was using it. I had no problem keeping it in 10-11 hours, but cannot speak for how quickly you have to change it with a heavy flow as I have light periods! I was very anxious I would suck the cup up or I wouldn’t be able to take it out but I haven’t had a problem. I find the stem hard to grip sometimes so I would take a lil square of toilet paper to grasp it easier and make sure to break the seal by pressing down on the base. Overall a great product. The small Saalt regular was firm but not overly firm, and worked really well for me. I had no leaks and was able to figure out how to place it comfortably. In the future I will probably buy another just to have a backup!

I tried a couple of different mentral cups before finding this one. My last 2 were a bit challenging and never quite fit right. It would take a lot of effort and tries to get them in and the first one I gave up on completely. The 2nd I tried for several months but was still wearing pads part time because of the struggles. I was determined to get them to work so took an online quiz and it pointed me to this one. I ordered and have not regretted! This one is so fantastic! It's super easy to put in, I rarely have issue. I do have to make sure it suctions right or it leaks a tiny bit, but once it's in right it's so comfortable. I have to be careful because a couple of times I've forgotten about it and once it overflowed! That's how comfortable it is. LOVE this cup and am glad I didn't give up and kept trying. I used to wear tampons but somehow as I've gotten older tampons became painful and I've never figured out why. Switching to pads was just bleh... I'm so happy I've found something that works great, is comfortable and no more spending money every month on pads and tampons!!!

Alright so I’m very happy overall and this seems to be working out for me. Comfort-wise it’s waaaay better than a tampon. Read and follow the instructions! I will add try this for the first time when the period is light to figure it all out. And definitely use a liner or a pad the first couple times. I get super light periods because of birth control so this worked out great for me and I reset it only twice a day. So it’s already less annoying than a tampon. But if I was having a normal or a heavy period idk how things would go or how the product would do.

I’ve tried the Diva cup, Lilly cup, and Lena cup but none of those worked for me. Due to my low cervix they would all break suction and I would have leaking issues. The Lena cup was a good length but too firm and there for it un suctioned when I would sit the wrong way. The salt cup is practically identical to the Lena cup (both in the size small) the only difference is the firmness off the cup. Firmness is important in a menstrual cup but if it’s too firm it won’t be flexible enough to move with your body so the seal will break and you have leakage issues. I have a very low cervix and a tighter vagina than most people I’d say so this cup won’t be for everyone, definitely worth a try though if you’ve had leakage problems with other menstrual cups. Sorry if this is all tmi but these are things I’d wanna know when menstrual cup shopping!

I absolutely love my Saalt cup! It's easy to use and it comes with direct easy to follow instructions. The packaging was beautiful and it comes with a cute storage pouch. It is the perfect size for me, however the first couple of days using it it felt a little too firm but after my body got acclimated to it everything was fine. This was my first time using a menstrual cup and I can proudly and honestly say I won't be going back to tampons!

I already knew what I was getting into buying this because I had lost my first one. This is a really good product. It will take some getting used to and yes there is a learning curve but I believe that it is worth it. I’ve been using the cup since April and it is December. After about three or four months I would say I was confident enough to wear with things like dresses and light jeans. You have to be really in tune with your body to be able to use this though. I’ve gone for months without using any pads or tampons but yes I do use some sometimes but it does save a lot of money. Edit has had a reduce on my cramps. And it obviously just feels better kind a like a tampon but a little bit different it’s better.!

The only other cup I’ve had is the June Cup, but I decided I wanted something more firm. This one is amazing for that. It opens up more easily, and is easier to remove. I love how long the stem is so I can more easily reach it and pull it down before removing. But if you don’t like a long stem, it’s got nice little lines to guide you for where to cut if you wish to. And it comes with a cute little bag that’s made out of some sort of soft cloth material like cotton. Highly recommend!
