Nice little grill, I'd buy again.

Easy to use, tops easy to clean but underneath it's hard to clean.

Works perfectly

I was a little skeptical when I saw the informercial on TV, but read the reviews and decided to try it.. I Love it!! I had some precooked chicken and put them on med high to get grill marks and a little charring. Put some barbeque sauce on and they were delicious. The clean up is not quite as easy as on TV but almost. They don't show you the underside of the grill that takes a little bit of elbow grease to clean any of the drippings which may have burnt on. I used the griddle for some eggs and hash browns, and it was wonderful. Easy to use.

It works as stated

This grill is a wonderful addition to my kitchen. I used this to cook steaks and sausages the day after it arrived. It worked just as described on the info commercials. Absolutely love it.

I love this grill! Fun to use, easy to clean

I've had my grill set for only 4 days. So far I've cooked boneless, skinless chicken thighs, salmon filets, & baby back ribs on it (ribs baked in the oven first then finished on the grill basted with LOTS of my homemade bbq sauce). The grill is non-stick & cleans up just like new every time. I do use the drip pan with 1/2 cup of water in it, and the drip pan also cleans up just like new every time. I make my own marinades and sauces that do not have a lot of oil in them. I am using my sauces & marinades on the protein I grill and I don't get any smoke, but I do get great char that is absolutely delicious. I decided to set the grill on my glasstop range with the fan on when using it but, honestly, smoke has been a total non-issue. So far I am thrilled with this grill in every way. My only problem has been grasping the protein. The non-stick surface works!!! In the coming days I will be grilling teriyaki steak & frozen, battered halibut filets. I have followed the instructions in the booklet provided, & I downloaded a cookbook from the Gotham Steel site just to see what their cooking instructions & recommendations are. Very helpful & some yummy recipes too. I was skeptical about this purchase but, so far, I am delighted. If that changes, I'll update this review. Using this grill is easy, cleaning it up is easy, and the food is moist & delicious. P.S. There are 2 grill sizes. The grill/griddle surface in this set is 12 inches long by 10 inches wide. There is a larger grill you can order separately if you think you need it. BTW, I did use the griddle to cook eggs & sausages. They turned out great. I am going to use the griddle to cook frozen fishsticks some day soon.

Best indoor grill!!

I don't know why so many people wrote bad reviews. I absolutely love this indoor grill! Our steaks and burgers last night were perfect! No smoke at all. Very easy to clean. And stores away nicely. And it came with a recipe book. Can't wait to try some! If I have any recommendation it would be to have a lid. Melting the cheese on the burgers was a bit of a challenge.

Nice appliance

So people lets be realistic. When you cook in the kitchen. Steam comes off and if you burn something it puts off smoke. So these people complaining about smoke are just seeking attention. Yes a white whisper of something floats up in to the air just like a fry pan does but it is minimal. If you take the time to let the unit preheat and put a reasonable amount of product on it the temp cooks very sufficiently. All in all its a good addtion to the kitchen. It allowed me to grill fish without worrying about it sticking to the grill and falling apart. So in my opinion it came as advertised. All the peices were in the box and it is virtually smoke free as it clearly states on the side of the box. So dont let the negetive reviews scare you off, common sense needs to prevail some times.

This is a great product

I saw a lot of negative reviews about this product and I was sceptical about ordering it but I must say I received the full product with my griddle,grill and the pitchfork and I'm loving it this product is exactly what it says and does exactly what it suppose to do absolutely the best

Bought it for my wife, LOVE IT, LOVE IT. Easy to use, clean , lightweight, easy to store. She Loves it so much, she agreed to let me use it .

Another Great from Gotham Steel!

Does exactly what the advertisement promises. I keep it handy in my kitchen and I've cooked a variety of things on it. Super easy clean-up, so that is a big plus. And like other Gotham Steel products, the no-stick surface gives me great results.

Very Even heat supprised me and so far it is non stick as advertised.

I did not think it would heat even, but it supprised me. No hot spots. So far it is non stick. cooked grilled cheese and turkey bacon sandwichs, pancakes, and the chicken in the pictures. it is, so far, non-stick as promissed. It easily holds half a pack of bacon, or 6 slices of bread or 4 large leg quarters. We will see how long that last. I will update in a few months or before if it starts to stick.
