Once I did it right with the receiver installed in USB socket the scanner worked. Now I need to find a software program to manage my book collection information.

Just Works. No software needed on Win 7

Works as expected. Wireless works great. Used it for work to scan some serial numbers into an excel spreadsheet. I used the instant upload mode and it worked perfectly. It turned about an hours worth of data entry into about 5 minutes.

Plug and play. Great!

Works great for picking orders for my website. Was plug and play integration, could not have been any easier. Bluetooth will reach all the way across my warehouse.

So far so good

I purchased this scanner for work. I was getting a large shipment of computers in and needed an easy way of tracking/assigning them. The scanner did exactly what I needed it to do. I was able to scan the barcode on the box which exported to a excel spreadsheet. It is still very new so I'm not quite sure how good the battery life is. But so far so good!

nice scanner, support is supper,

needed to scan into a excel sheet, could not modify the sheet but i needed a multi cell jump after a bar code was scanned. emailed the support group and they sent me the correct programing bar code and now when i need to use that sheet i scan the program codes and go to work, good scanner, great support, i would recommend

Best scanner I've used so far

This scanner is excellent in every aspect. Tons of features and has yet to disappoint me in any way. The charge lasts much longer than expected. The plastic card to scan in order to switch between the most used functions is very handy. This needs to be "Amazons Choice", not the previous scanner I bought that made me want to take a sledgehammer to it.

5 stars for customer service!

I purchased this scanner because it was in my price range and got good reviews. When it arrived and I couldn't get it to work, I figured it was operator error. I contacted the company; my scanner was detective, and they immediately sent a new one without requiring me to return the detective device. The second scanner worked but didn't do what I was looking for - I wanted to create a catalog of the books in my classroom library with titles and authors' names. I contacted the seller again, and they informed me it only scans as records the code. However, another purchaser have me some websites that will do what I need in conjunction with the scanner. Once I've tried them out and can speak from experience, I'll add them to my review. Short story: 5 stars for customer service.

Great technical support for a great scanner!

I needed a scanner that was programmable and this fit the bill. I have had several interactions with the merchant about my programming needs and they promptly responded and supplied the barcodes for me to program the scanner for my specific needs... they have been awesome, highly recommended!!

My Experience

Great scanner! Easy to setup. It worked the way it was supposed to with no problems. When scanning barcode including numbers and letters, there is no way to program this particular scanner to read only numbers. So I would have to go back and delete letters. Could be used wirelessly or plugged in to your laptop. I did not call tech support so that's the reason for no rating on that part.
