My 8 year old son loves this. And so do all the older boys in the family and neighborhood! They watch the cars loop through the track over and over, trying new cars here and there. Some cars get st I’m, so be careful not to use taller hotwheels (husband had to take track apart and fix it once b/c of this), and it’s kinda loud, but they have fun with it.

Worthy Addition to Any Hot Wheels Enthusiast Home!

I have two little boys in my household who are diecast car fanatics - Hot Wheels, Matchbox, no name knock-off toy cars, it makes no difference. We also have built up a huge collection of cool Hot Wheels track and track kits including the Hot Wheels Super Ultimate Garage, and various other sets like the Hot Wheels Track Builder Stunt Box. The Hot Wheels Corkscrew Crash Track Set is a worthy addition and adds a splash of speed and thrilling crashes which my little boys seem to love. ------------------- ► Assembly: ------------------- Building the Corkscrew Crash Track set is pretty straightforward and this kit includes a full-color instruction manual and each piece is fully labeled with letters indicating where each piece fits. All told, my 5-year-old and I had this kit assembled and ready to go in about 20-minutes. There aren't any crazy surprises or overly difficult bits to this build but I will say that I'm really impressed with the plastic structural bits that Hot Wheels included in the box. These pieces add rigidity to the track and keep everything nice and stable even with multiple cars zooming around the loops. The finished product is really impressive. Lastly, you'll want to make sure you have four (4) D batteries on hand to power the corkscrew feature. I have a few Hot Wheels sets that all take D batteries for their power features and I really wish Hot Wheels offered a corded option. ------------------- ► Thoughts on Finished Product: ------------------- This set is a lot of fun and my kids love it! The kit adds a touch of high-speed fun and once cars are on the corkscrew they'll loop over and over again until removed or the power is shut off. The car launcher, which is a rubberband aided launcher, has been refined too. It's now easier than ever for kids to set up the launcher, press a button and launch a car onto the track. The track is well reinforced and has no issue with several cars zooming around the track simultaneously. Speaking of cars, most of our extensive collection of cars are compatible with this set. Larger Hot Wheels, particularly taller cars, will probably not be compatible. Cars that can't fit under the corkscrew simply stop and won't be shot around the corkscrew. I'll also mention too that Hot Wheels has done a good job keeping this toy safe. I inspected the toy thoroughly after assembling it and it seems totally safe for little hands and fingers. Like our other Hot Wheels kits, this set is compatible with other Hot Wheels track and kits. ------------------- ► Closing: ------------------- The Corkscrew Crash Set is another excellent kit from Hot Wheels and has massive replayability and fun factor! My little guys are fans as am I. The high-speed thrills of this set are fantastic fun!

So much fun.

Easy to assemble right from the box. Just added the batteries got the cars and we were playing. Only dislike is not all hotwheels cars fit.

Need D-batteries, it was not bothered by the noise.

Loved this track! Works really well and man, do those cars fly around that track! Very impressed and my kids really loved how it worked. And loved trying out different cars on the track to see which ones worked the best. Made for the cars that are flat and actually labeled for track use.

Awesome product!

My nephew and I played with this for over an hour! Setup is tricky for a younger kid (he's 6) but the play is amazing. We had a blast watching the cars go and crash. For those skeptical, this thing works. The motors drive the cars through and they will keep going if you don't send one on the crash path.

A hit with my 3year old

My son asked for this for his 3 year old birthday and our family loves playing with this. The cars move very fast on the track! While my husband and 3 year old son send cars around the loops, I launch one down the straight-away to make them crash. Needed a bunch of D batteries so make sure you buy a big pack!

Keeps Everyone Entertained

Our grandson loves his Corkscrew Crash Track Set. The only problem is that you need to make sure you use low profile cars in order to prevent them from getting caught. Otherwise, it's of his favorite hot wheels toys!

Easy to assemble

My grand son put this together his self and he is seven years old , so the instruction was easy to do and he sent me a video of him playing with it , so I am very satisfied , and will probably buy more extensions to this track in the near future from Amazon .....👍

Hours of fun!

I bought this for a 2 year old who is obsessed with hot wheels and this track keeps him mesmerized for hours!
