Great product and great customer service
2 Reviews: Product and Customer Service 1. Product: I really enjoy this cooler. We’ve had it a few weeks and already used it for a cookout and week at the beach. It has kept everything cold, it is easy to transport, and it is easy to clean. This is a great alternative to more expensive soft-sided coolers. One unexpected thing we like is that the cooler is sturdy enough to hold drinks on top when the lid is closed - doubling as a little portable table to keep your drinks close by and off the hot sand. 2. Customer service: The shoulder strap we originally received was missing one of the hooks. While this was frustrating, the team at Diamond Star Industrial and TOURIT worked quickly to send me a replacement. They were very responsive, apologetic, and courteous. They immediately sent me a new strap and made every effort to ensure we were satisfied with the product. I wasn’t originally going to give the product 5 stars but they were so helpful and easy to work with, they earned my appreciation and respect.

Amazing yeti alternative
Excellent product. Found it through a YouTube product review as alternative to yeti products. Tested on a 3 day horse show trip in 105 degree weather. Cooler was exposed to heat 3 days. Food was cold the entire time. Granted no ice on day 3 but cold water. No leakage, no condensation on outside. Highly recommend!!!

Awesome Cooler!!! Highly Recommend!!!
I did a lot of research and watched many YouTube videos before I made this purchase. The Tourit 20 is a perfect size for me and it has a significant amount of insulation to keep things could. I own a Yeti Tundra 65, so I knew how those coolers perform. A friend of mine purchased a portable Yeti. I asked him how long ice lasted and he indicated about 2, 3 days max. He indicated that the zipper was a concern because it is quite challenging to open and close. After my research, I went forward with the Tourit purchase. I am extremely happy with my selection!! The cooler was put to the test right away as we traveled to Virginia Beach for a soccer tournament. It was in the low 90s and the cooler was outside all day, under a tent, so not in direct sunlight, and the ice in the cooler probably only melted by about 20%. When I got home I took the cooler to a golf outing where I thought I could bring beer onto the course in the cooler since it was a fundraiser, best ball tournament - thought it would be okay. I was wrong, so I had to leave the cooler in the trunk of my car. It was 89 degrees and about 85% humidity that day. After about 10 hours, golf, bar, and dinner, I checked the cooler expecting the majority of the ice to be melted. To my surprise, it was only about 30% melted. These are my guesstimates on the level of ice melting, but you get the point. The cooler keeps things cold!!! One issue is the zipper handle coating is peeling off after about a month of being used every weekend for soccer tournaments. Not a big deal for me because I care about how long it keeps things cold, but something the company should look into. I highly recommend the cooler given the price point and the performance!!!

I would recommend this cooler, and would buy it again !
Bought it for a short camping outing,we do have a yeti hard cooler but wanted something smaller that would do the same thing which it did, after three days It still had some ice left, everything was super cold very happy with my purchase.

Good product
I was looking for a less expensive alternative to Yeti coolers. This one seems to meet my expectations. The zipper is almost exactly the same as the higher priced coolers. The interior and exterior are not as well designed or manufactured as Yeti, but the cost differential is significant. So, I am well satisfied and would buy this cooler again. We have used the cooler several times, mostly using it to hold drinks while taking driving trips. It held the ice for more than a day and that is better than ordinary coolers that we have used in the past.

Great Substitute for the heavy Yeti Roadie
Was looking for a substitute for the Yeti Roadie (which is a little heavy empty) and found the Tourit. Did some research before buying and I love it. We took it to the beach (family of 4) and it kept things cold while using the yeti ice packs. As in the reviews it did come with a heavy plastic smell. I covered the inside with baking soda over night and that did solve the smell. I highly recommend this!

Keeps Ice for Much Longer Than Expected
Used this cooler during a 5 day move from Georgia to Texas. When the movers pack up your stuff...you're basically camping. We noticed right away the cooler's ability to keep ice much longer than another cooler we purchased for the same period of time. This is a keeper...time will tell if it has durability, but for now we Recommend it.

Does the job
It's sturdy and well designed. The zipper is very secure and easy to use. Above all I like the fact that it has twin handles so it can be picked up in one hand. I hate shoulder straps and do not use the one provided. I spent a fair amount of time debating the size of cooler. Finally I determined that the 30 can size would be just right. After all you don't have to load it with 30 cans! Put half a dozen in there along with some ice packs and a couple of sandwiches and you have a very comfortable and underfilled load to carry. Better to have it be too big most of the time than to have it too small even once.

Yeti who? Super nice quality cooler! Looks good too!
This is a super well made cooler! It looks really nice too and the colors are great! 100 bucks isn’t exactly cheap...but at least I feel like I’m not just paying for some kind of ridiculously overpriced red neck status symbol like a Yeti. It does the exact same thing just as well as the Yeti brand....keeps your drinks cold with heavy insulation....it’s not exactly rocket science here. It has lots of loops and a clip to attach stuff to it and a bottle opener. Warning it is quite heavy to carry if it’s full of ice and drinks...especially glass bottles. It MIGHT hold ice for three days as the claim if you don’t live in the 5th inner circle of Hell like I do... but it will keep ice at least all day and maybe part of the next. I work in the Deep South and it stays in the back of an un-air conditioned truck for 11 hours or more and I’ve got about a third of the ice I started with at the end of the day. It has a mesh pocket on the back and a pleated pocket on the front... but don’t expect to fit much in it as they are pretty tight. Maybe a small set of keys or your utensils and a few napkins if you are using it as a lunchbox for work. The surface is smooth and it cleans well (also the dark blue color helps) so it can go from work during the week to a BYOB gathering on the weekend and you won’t look like a bum that brought their drinks in their dirty work lunch tote...so that is a bonus.

Very satisfied customer!
The cooler was bigger than I expected. Thankfully, it is pretty manageable when filled up. Ten pounds of ice is more than enough to keep your bottles or cans chilled for at least three days. If you freeze a few bottles, like I do, then you are looking at five or more days of cold beverages. I work in the outdoors and keep the cooler in my car during the days. Despite warm 80 and 90 degree temperatures, my beverages remain cold. I'm happy with my purchase thus far!
