Best Sponges Ever!!
I bought these sponges, because I really hate how often I had to throw out regular sponges. I would microwave them, wring them out, EVERYTHING to get the smell out and kill off most of the bacteria. I read a study that microwaving your sponge could actually help the process of cultivating superbacteria and that really freaked me out so I started looking for silicone alternatives. This sponge was the best option because 1) you get 10!! That comes out to be ~$1.70/sponge, which is more than the price per unit for typical sponges you get at the store, but these last so much longer. They're so easy to clean, don't hold a smell, and they clean the dishes great. I have a feeling by the time I get through one of these sponges, I would have gone through 5 of the regular sponges. 2) The way the sponge is made is really effective. You have a ton of crevices where the soap can lather and create suds and it's tough enough to fight any food on the dishes, but gentle enough to not damage any of the non-stick coating on our pots and pans. The trick to these sponges is to put some dish soap on (you don't need a lot) and then rub it in until you start seeing suds. That's the only way I've been able to use these sponges. The only con seems to be that you do need to use a bit more dish detergent than a normal sponge, but that's something I'm ok with if that means I'm cleaning my plates with a germ-free sponge.

BEST silicone sponge
I have been using this sponge, DAILY (we have no dishwasher), for over a week, and let me tell you, it is great! It is very durable, only slightly more slippery than a normal cellulose (or similar) sponge. I have been looking for a sponge alternative for a while now, since I hate the germs and smells that a typical sponge can acquire (even if you clean your sponge regularly, like I do, with BLEACH). It holds the soap suds very well, doesn’t stink, and has great scouring power, without scratching delicate surfaces (of course, you can’t expect it to scour off stuck-on foods without soaking the dish first). Food doesn’t stick to them either, like it does to conventional sponges, but if something does “stick”, all you have to do is add a little soap, give it a light scrub, and rinse it...good as new. The other thing I love is that water doesn’t absorb into it, the way it would in a conventional sponge, thereby inhibiting mildew/funky smells. I have also seen other silicone “sponges”, that are essentially a flat piece of silicone with bristle-type “nubs”, and read about how slippery they are, so when I came across these, I wanted to try them, and am I ever glad I did. First pic is of the used sponge, 2nd is a zoomed in pic of the texture.

They last and don't smell
A typical sponge will start out full and fluffy with a bit bounce, but give it two weeks and it'll look like it would offer you some back alley favors for a dollar. That they disintegrate in your hand could be forgiven if not for the smell. These silicone sponges are always clean, and never cracked out. Soft enough for sensitive dishes, yet hard enough for some moderate to firm scrubbing, these sponges won't create a lot of bubbles or foam--so don't be surprised if you use more soap if you wash dishes under running water.

No matter how dirty the sponge gets
No matter how dirty the sponge gets, the dirt washes away, it just doesn't stain. It doesn't smell bad. It doesn't have the absorption of other sponges. The rough-ish texture makes it perfect for washing non-stick surfaces without scratching. It's stronger than I expected. I bought a 10-pack and the first one hasn't lost anything, so I may never need to buy another sponge.

Why even bother with a regular sponge.
I hate sponges. I use a new dish cloth everyday. My daughter uses sponges and she has them in different stages near her sink. I ask her if she bleaches or microwaves them...she says she does. I decided to give her some sponges that can't become a bio hazard. I kept some for myself and I like them a lot. They are great on dishes and scrubbing. Very easy to rinse and store in my cabinet door holder. It does not keep leaking water when I put it away. I would recommend them.

Wayyy better than tradtional
Coming from basic sponges, I hand wash all my dishes. First the smell, I actually liked it out of the packaging. Not sure if it was a chemical smell but I LIKED it so w/e They dont break down near as fast or easy as traditional and seem to scrub off grease and grime just as good. I will NEVER buy a normal sponge anymore, these are my go to's

Super Satisfied!
I wanted to wait until I used the scrubber for a few days so I could feel familiar enough with the product before writing a review. After plenty of uses this past week I am happy to report that I am truly satisfied with the quality and performance! I initially sought out a solution to a stinky sponge. I would sanitize by boiling or microwaving my traditional sponge but I could never allow it to dry all the way due to having to use it periodically throughout the day. I needed something that wouldn't hold as much bacteria and I came across this product. I'm glad I chose this brand over the others I was looking at because of how many came in a pack, which I knew was risky if I ended up not liking the product. The scrubber is durable yet flexible, allowing me to scrub off hardened messes on pans from cooking or to get into the grooves of my toddler's no spill cups. Some reviews I read complained that it doesn't hold soap like a sponge does but I don't seem to have that issue. I agree it does not imitate a sponge's 'sudsyness' but it does sud up and the little soap I put on it lasts for multiple dishes before I apply another small amount. It rinses clean quickly and handles hot water really well. I took the scrubber a step further to see how it preformed in household cleaning other than the dishes. My husband is a mechanic so I took it to the bathtub to get the inevitable grease he leaves behind. With some hot water, soap, and a little bit elbow grease the scrubber worked great! Best of all I didn't have oily rags or a sponge that would never get clean again from the oil. The next thing I used it on was my husband's work clothes for spot treatments before throwing them in the washer. Worked great on the oil stains, didn't damage his clothing, and after a quick rise I threw the scrubber in the washer with the load! Came out clean and I let it air dry. The product is versatile and I can't wait to see what else I'll come up with for uses. The only thing I'll say is that I do not know the life expectancy of one scrubber yet, but of course like anything I'm sure it depends on how often and the purpose it's used for. Another bonus is it smells nice! Not overpowering but the light scent is refreshing.

Great for the kitchen and cleaning
These are more economical than the Doobies or other disposable kitchen sponges we used to use to wash our dishes. The silicone sponge stays clean longer, easy to keep clean, and just pop it in the microwave to sanitize. I use this to clean the granite counters and the glass cooktop. Other uses: scrubbing veggies, removing labels on jars or bottles, cleaning athletic shoes, wiping down the car interior, cleaning the grill outside, cleaning the outdoor furniture.

Love these for everything from my cast iron pans to ...
Love these for everything from my cast iron pans to delicate glass. The silicone has a grab power that cellulose sponges do not. They seem sturdy, and don't hold nasty odors. As others have said, they don't hold soap, but you CAN put some on the sponge and scrub with it for several dishes before the soap all runs out. THey do have the peach smell others have noted..though I did not notice it strongly and am pretty sensitive to scents. It wasn't unpleasant enough for me to not like them.

These work great. Buy a pack today!
I took a chance on these and glad I did. Initially, the sponges smelled strongly of an objectionable chemical peach scent, but it faded and seems to have disappeared after a few days on the one I started using. It is perhaps a good idea to let them air out, outside, for a few days before using if you dislike heavy scents. I use these to pre-scrub dishes, cookware, etc, particularly before going my dishwasher, which isn't so good about cleaning off dried food stuff. So far, I prefer this sponge to the Skoy Scrub, which I have been using for over a year. I actually like that the sponges do not hold onto water and soap -- seems to rise clean very easily and well, and definitely my new go-to scrubber for the sink.
