Very easy to hook up except I had to wire up an outlet for power. I've had it installed for a couple of weeks now and absolutely love it! It feed only a bathroom sink. My main water heater was on the other end of the house. I used to have to wait about a full minute for hot water. Too long for a quick hand wash. Plus, it would cause my 40 gallon water heater to run. Now, with this one under the sink, I have hat water in 1 second. I tapped into the cold water supply for the heater, so the 40 gallon main heater isn't affected. I'm sure it's saving me electricity. The 2.6 gallon size is easily sufficient to supply 2 bathroom sinks. It seldom runs.

I'm sorry that I can only give this product a 5. For me this is my life saver at our campsite. Out heater broke and this was so very easy to install. I love it. Thank you for making hot water so easy to have

Undersink heater. You will get hot water immediately. This is the second unit I bought on amazon. The first one was from a different company, but not available any more. This Themoflow UT10 is a bit bigger with more capacity. You do need to buy an extra hose to connect. You can easily add one more outlet under the sink from the upsink outlet for direct plug in. Adjust the temp level to get to the comfortable range. In the winter, it used to take 2 minutes to get hot water, lots of waste. Now, in seconds.

Our whole house unit is too far from the kitchen sink, causing us to waste 2.5 to 2.75 gallons of water waiting for the hot to arrive. This unit was easy to install in between the hotwater outlet and the faucet. As a result, we get instantly hot water for washing hands, rinsing dishes, or beginning to wash pots and pans. On long washes, the reservoir will run out and we’ll get lukewarm for a few moments until the hot water arrives from the whole house unit. We can live with that.

After looking at a number of products that make the buyer do the protection from hot spots in the take (by adding a pressure valve that needs a drain, This product seems to take care and heat more evenly and without creating local steam from a too hot too small a heating element. Turning on for the first time I listened very close for the characteristic hiss or Pop from over aggressive heating elements - NONE Totally quiet! and the Heat time was very reasonable even quick - Temperature control very smooth with plenty of range. Size was great - having it built to SIT on the counter floor rather then requiring hang on the wall a real plus. One hit - The tank list NPT 1/2" fitting. Typical USA this is called a "compression Fit" and is NOT a FIP. And Most sinks and faucet connections are smaller, 3/8" . After a bit of fussing I found a 1/2 to 3/8 compression adapter (home depot etc) that fixed that - but I did have a challenge from the tank needing to be farther then the 30" lines available in hardware store - Found a great 4-foot with 3/8 compression on both ends from Amazon - which fit the bill perfect. only took 15-20 min to install once all the parts were found.

So far so good ... I've put two units into service. Especially like the "frost" setting, which I can use in the Guest Bathroom most of the time (nobody there). I've run an Watt Meter on the first unit ... under normal bathroom use for three days .... cost is 6 cents per day (at 10 cents per KWH). Also like the 1/2" MPT fittings. So ... here's the deal: IF you already have a 110VAC outlet available, and one extra flex supply line, this is a 5 minute installation. Now to see how long the unit lasts ... I'm hoping a long time.

This is not a water heater kit. It's a heater with 2 adapters. Ready to plug in to a simple under-sink outlet. I removed a faucet for replacement and connected the hot water supply hose hose directly to it. Needed to purchase a hose kit from Ace Hardware, to supply hot from the heater up to the sink. The issue was butt-connecting the two 3/8 flare "bib" ends of the hoses. I needed brass adapter fittings. Ace Hardware had 2 simple screw-together fittings to complete that need. Teflon tape Small pliers Crescent wrench Fluidmaster brand hose kit #B4F30CU Hot water in way less than 2 second at a medium trickle.... It's connected to hot water, so I initial is set hotter than the house heater for scalding dishes, yet I can use 20 gallons of water if needed, and it hardly fluctuates colder in temperature. If people are worried about rupturing or leaking, install a simple pressure regulator to lessen the force...... I plan to use these under bathroom sinks next. No drain to plumb in either......

I installed a tankless water heater a few years back and ever since then, I was never happy with how long it took for the hot water to get to the kitchen sink. I wish I had looked into this option a long time ago. I am so happy with this unit! Works as advertised! And didn't have to worry about the safety valve installation. No more waiting for hot water!

Hot water without the wait. Not only does it mean less waste waiting for the hot water getting to the sink from a primary water heater, but also makes doing quick tasks which require a little bitof hot water super easy. The temperature dial is a bit weird so have attached my interpretation for use as an undersink heater in a bathroom or kitchen. Bought two. Installation is easy. I used a 1/2 inch NPT (national pipe thread) flexible taucet connector much like the one which was installed under the sink except longer because of where I could fit the unit. I've been running them for a couple months with no trouble.

Works very nicely, appears well made. Heats exit water immediately so modest amounts of hot water are available shortly after plugging it in. Only criticism is the minimally informative instruction booklet provided with the heater.
