Great device to have!

I did a lot of research before buying the Deebot machine. Finally I decided to purchase it because of the price and Amazon's one year warranty. It came fast and packaged very carefully. The manual is very simple and easy to follow, so it didn’t take much time to set it up. The device comes with a remote so I didn't need to use the wifi connection. I think the remote is enough for a painless cleaning. I tried it on my hardwood floor. The vacuum power is strong and it cleaned the house very well. After the cleaning, it can find its docking station quickly. The slim fit makes it easy for storage, I can leave it under any piece of my furniture. Overall it is a great device to have. I like it myself and would highly recommend it to my friends.

good product and great customer service

I’ve considered getting a robot vacuum for a long time and finally found this one. We have hardwood floor and rug in our house. It does great job cleaning everything and picks up so much dirt! The best thing is it goes everywhere, even under beds and couches. Those areas haven’t been cleaned for a long time but now they are cleaned so well. In the end, it can find the charging by itself. How smart! At first I cant set up the app successfully. I contact customer service and they are very patient with me. After troubleshooting the app works. Very good customer service

works pretty well

This is our first vacuum robot and we like it. It can clean our tiles in kitchen pretty quickly and we are surprised how much dirty we have in there. It can climb from tile to carpet without any problem and the low profile make it easy to go under our sofa to clean the part we rarely did. Most of time it can go back to charging dock when it finished. The dust bin can hold dirty for two to three days of cleaning for us so quite enough. The integration with google home works smoothly. So basically we are happy with this purchase.

Good vacuum

Ecovacs Deebot robot vacuum works great! I bought it to replace iRobot. Although they both work, I like Deebot better. Deebot has two brushes while iRobot has only one brush. Deebot would clean more areas when it moves. Deebot also moves more slowly than iRobot. I like it – I feel it cleans more thoroughly. Third, most times iRobot hits obstacles hard, much more noisy than Deebot.

overall we are very happy with it so far~

I have been thinking about getting a robot vacuum cleaner for quite some time~finally I purchased it in 10 days before!!! now, been using this for a week and it has exceeded my expectations so far. The remote and instructions are simple to follow. it's surprised that can voice commands to start and stop cleanings. this robot vacuum cleans where we were never willing to clean, even he floors look clean it still picks up lots of dirt and hair. when battery power is low, it will return to its charger.~

Efficient and saves so much time

I’ve been wanting a robotic vaccum for a while and finally pulled the trigger for this one based on a friend’s recommendation. I am very impressed with it so far. Since I have a crawling baby and I used to manually vaccum everyday after work. This robot has made my life so much easier. I run it while I am at work with the app. It is very efficient and picks up trash very well. I have a two story home and it is smart enough that it never “falls down”. If you are a working mom like me, give this a try, you will like it for sure.

Worth the money!

Would love to give more stars if I could! Very well packed and shipping was really fast. This robot vacuum has many features that are very useful such as the Mobil phone app control . Set up was easy and straightforward. Easily set up in my first floor, and watched it clean for a while. Very strong vacuum power, was able to clean up relative dirty floor, and very well designed path. It was able to go under my furnitures to clean underneath it. When it reaches the edge it will automatically stop and turn to other direction, unlike my old robot vacuum constantly hitting the wall........and also with the app I was able to ask it to clean while I’m away. And also it goes back to the charging station automatically after finish the job. I would definitely recommend this robot vacuum to all my friends over any other brand. With the amount I paid for it, I am very satisfied. Definitely worth every penny I spent on it.

Good Robert vacuum

This Robert vacuum is very smart and useful. It has 2 models, one is random and another one is S- Shape. And Robert knows how to go back to the charger. My apartment has both carpet and wood floor. The Robert can clean them very well. I never thought that my apartment would have that much dirt. It always swipe the whole box dirt out. Must have one if you want to release your hand and have health life.

Awesome Robot clean

First time getting a robot cleaner because I just bought a big house. My friend keep talking about how awesom to have a robot cleaner and I didn’t care until I got one myself. I used it in my tiny apartment first, it turns out so good, you don’t need to worry about falling down the stair(I’m living on the second floor with indoor stair), going through every corner of apt, and when it finished, it will go back to the charger itself,also so quiet . So easy to clean after you done, really easy to take out the dust tray and clean it. So convenient. Highly recommend. Completely change my opinion of robot cleaner.
