Warm, Very Soft Fleece Bodice, Smooth Lined Arms- May Want to Get Size Up

My husband is wearing this Large sized Amazon Essentials Men's Sherpa Lined Full-Zip Hooded Fleece Sweatshirt. He normally wears a size Large, and says this is right on the edge of being a bit tight w just a t-shirt on. He suggests getting a size up to account for shrinkage or just more comfort. That said, this is a really well-made double layer hoodie w 56% cotton and 44% polyester for the outer shell and 100% polyester insides. The lining at the bodice is a soft and furry fleece, and the arms have a smooth polyester lining so your long sleeves don't get stuck as you're pulling this on and off. The hood is a nicely rounded (vs. triangle) shape, and this feels very thick and plush for extra warmth.

Ridiculously comfortable!!!

Ordered 7 different hoodies from multiple companies. Trying them on and sending back the ones I don't like. This is a keeper! Ridiculously comfortable!!! I am 5'-8" and 165lbs, the medium fit me perfect. The lining is soft and feels great against the skin. This hoodie looks good and feels good. Zippers are plastic and they look to be good quality, they run smooth. I wasn't sure what to expect from Amazon Essentials, but I was pleasantly surprised. Overall quality looks very good, I would definitely recommend!

Warm but not bulky!

The fit is correct but if you like them a bit loose, bump up a size. Very warm, I'm a quadriplegic and so move little and this kept me toasty and comfy. The exterior is nice to the hand, and the lining soft. Will get another.

Size runs slightly large and that’s perfect for me.

First, I want to thank everyone for their size reviews. It really helped me pick the right size for me. I’m 5’8 180# female for reference. I wanted a loser fit for this and it’s a bit roomy. Not huge. This is so soft and comfortable. I’m mostly impressed because usually any clothing I order here is Asian sizes and they never fit right. I’m definitely going to search more amazon essentials. Not to mention order another one of these. I can’t imagine anyone not being happy with this purchase.

Nice Hoodie, A Little Small

Nice hoodie, especially for the Black Friday price. The sherpa lining is soft and really helps keep in body heat and keep the winds at bay. I'm 6' 185 lbs with somewhat broad shoulders and usually wear a large in most brand of shirts and jackets. However, Amazon's Large sherpa lined hoodie was too tight in the shoulders and chest for my liking. An XL fit much better and gave me room to move freely while zipped up.

AMAZINGLY SOFT, SHERPA-STLYLE HOODIE!

My 12 year old absolutely loves this hoodie!! So soft and warm! It is so comfortable, that my 14 year old son wants one, too. Perfect for tween/teen boys who don’t want to wear winter coats!

Great value sherpa fleece

As good of quality as ones from other places costing $20-30 more. Soft and very warm. Plus no logos, you don't have to be a walking advertisement for a clothing company.

One of the best, warmest, softest hoodies on the market!

I kept getting spammed about a $100 hoodie on Facebook, so I went up on Amazon to see what was out there for a more reasonable price. I came across the Amazon Essentials (huge fan) Sherpa Lined Hoodie and thought the price was right, so I bought it. I was more than pleasantly surprised. First off, with the OD green color, this looks like a throwback jacket from the Korean War era. The sherpa fleece inside is very soft and really warm and the white lining contrasts well with the green. The sleeves have a thinner lining, but it seems to work out OK and still feel insulated. The hood works great and is extremely comfortable and soft. The hood strings are thick and have really strong tips at the end, so I don't think they'll ever wear out. This is the best hoodie for the price that I have seen. I liked it so much that I bought one for each of my nieces and nephews for Christmas and didn't break the bank in the process.

If you're looking to stay warm this Winter, get it.

5'8" male with a decently built body type here. The Small fit me perfectly and I have to say they got the hoodie on point with this jacket, which most brands hardly ever get right in my opinion. I've yet to wash it because it only came in the mail a day ago, but I'm not too worried because I don't have a history with clothes of this material shrinking.

Comphy cozy!

Good quality, well made, fits just right for me. I bought the men’s hoodie because the women’s are too fitted. I’m 5’2”, 125lbs. I bought the medium & it fits perfectly over my warm tops with room to move around comfortably when zipped up. The length of the sleeves covers my hands to my fingertips & the body length covers my bum. Love that the inside of the sleeves are double-lined with a brushed cotton; not cold when you put it on like those lined with quilted nylon material. Also love the Sherpa lined hood - makes sense . The whole thing keeps me toasty warm! Will buy one for my hubby. Going up a size to account for the extra thickness of the Sherpa lining. Highly recommend. Only complaint is that the basic colors (black, charcoal, navy) aren’t available anymore. Hoping to see them come back.
