good looking basket

My girlfriend loved it when I showed up with this. More of a symbolic romantic gesture than anything else. But, it is certainly functional. More than enough room for anything you could want for a picnic for two including a bottle of wine.

Perfect Picnic Basic

I absolutely love this picnic basic. It is really well made. The wicker/straw is strong and the wood lid is appropriately thick. The basic holds much more than you think! We have already used it for several family picnics (family of 4). It is the quintessential picnic basic that I was looking for!!!

Great wedding gift

Great wedding gift. I bought this as a wedding gift for my grand niece. I had received a picnic basket as a wedding gift in 1968, and I still use it to carry food dishes to family dinners throughout the year. Someone always comments on the basket, so when my grand niece announced her engagement, I decided that this basket would be a good gift. It was. It is sturdy, beautiful, and a good large size. I added a red and white checkered "American Summertime Gingham Tablecloth 100% Cotton | Premium Quality" tablecloth (from Amazon) inside the basket.

Great Basket

I love this basket. I use it for storing all the people, animals, and fences that go with my toy barn. My granddaughters love it. One side at a time will stay up as contents are explored. Toys stay clean while not in use.

I am in love with this picnic basket. It is very well made. I love the style and colors. It has the thing of old school wish I love it. It’s great for picnic at the beach for at the park. I will definitely it recommend it.

The quintessential picnic basket

My daughter has always wanted to have a "real picnic". You know, the kind with a basket packed with lemonade, sandwiches, cake, fruit salad and pasta salad, all to be enjoyed while relaxing on a red&white checkered sheet under the shade of a big tree at the park, on a perfect breezy day with blue skies & puffy white clouds. I decided to surprise her with a picnic for her birthday, just the way she described it. It wouldn't have been a real picnic without a real picnic basket! This basket is beautiful! It's very sturdy and roomy. The cloth lining can be easily removed and washed. The lids open toward the center and are secured with adjustable leather & Velcro straps. Everything in this photo fit into the basket, along with a few other items. I was hesitant to spend so much money on a basket that I'll probably never use again, but it was totally worth it, to give my daughter the "real picnic" she's always wanted.

So cute and functional!

My son loves this basket! The top works perfect for a little table. So cute and functional. I tried the magnolia basket from target and the handles barely reach each other making it difficult to carry around. . I bought this one and everything about it was great!
