Great product.

I use this product for a first-time large resin project--refinishing the top and pull outs of an old Tanker desk. I received an email with the instructions on how to use the product before the product actually arrived, which included contact information in case I had any questions. The information provided was concise and easy to understand. the product was extremely easy to work with and the calculations given in the instructions for how much to mix provided me with a little extra left over. My project came out beautifully, and with a mirror finish and depth that cannot really be seen in the pictures. The few blemishes that are in it are due to my not mixing the mica pigment in completely and the fact that I had to walk away and leave the project for several hours after getting the resin on the surface. There was zero odor. I am very pleased and will have no problem using this product again.

I SUCK at wood work and dont care but this product does NOT SUCK! The best!!

I have absolutely do NOT work with wood and never have had the need to. This is a first time project where I wanted to build a nice outdoor Cedar Bar. I have NEVER used epoxy ever. It was super simple and worked like a CHARM. I am beyond happy. Not the greatest pic I took before I mounted the top but just to show (finger print smudge aside) how nice it is. Super EASY.

The Very Best

I have worked with many different epoxies. This has all of the best qualities: easy to mix thoroughly, sufficient working time, crystal clear finish, no odors, no toxic reactions either. Be sure to follow the directions, wear disposable gloves, use drop cloths, and allow a week to fully set. If I could give ten stars, I certainly would.

Just follow the instructions Mirror Like Finish

It's hard to get a good picture because the finish reflects everything. This is a 4X8 foot table that I mixed 1 3/4 gallons to cover. Could have gotten away with 1 1/2 gallons. Directions were easy, just mix, pour and spread. There were air bubbles I couldn't get fid of but it was a problem with one of the boards I used to make the top. The rest of the bubble were eliminated using a propane torch. The first picture is before doing a pour. The 2nd and 3rd are 3 days later.

Love this resin!

I am an artist that uses resin as my medium. I have tried several other brands and they all have good qualities, but for what I pay and how well my pieces come out, I cannot justify using anything else! Everything I have done with Versa Koat has come out perfect, looking like glass, and absolutely stunning! It was sold out of inventory for a few months so I had a hiatus with my artwork, including missing an art show because I did not have enough resin to complete my show. This is a very technical resin, you must READ and FOLLOW the directions. My suggestion is work with your studio warmer , 75 degrees or warmer, measure accurately using clean measuring utensils, and stir for the suggested time, I usually set a timer for at least 7 minutes by hand, and 5 minutes with a drill. If you have any questions or concerns reach out to the seller. He is very responsive, and is excellent at answering your questions. Again, I want to reiterate that I have used other brands, including the more popular ones, and I will say that they are good products, I just prefer, and have had better outcomes with Versa Koat.

Glass clear

This is really clear like glass, I can tell you because I used other clear epoxy and this was more clear, 3 to 1 ratio may be harder to work with and mix, mix it for longer

No fumes (no smell)

I finished this table top inside and found the lack of fume a plesant surprise. Product flows out easily and releases trapped bubbles easily. Within 30hrs the surface was more scratch resistant than other products I've used in the past. My client was not impressed with the glossy finish and requested i make it a matt finish. So sad to remove the glass like shine.

Awesome product.

I really like this Epoxy. It finishes crystal clear just as advertised. It is however a little slow to harden at fall season temps. I used it on a table top project and it turned out great.

Perfectly Crystal Clear Epoxy Resin

Yes it definitely is crystal clear ! I am satisfied with this product. I used one layer of fiberglass cloth and bondo brand fiberglass resin (due to it lower cost) to creat the bottom layer. Then just bono resin (which i dyed the green and blue). Once dryed i used CRYSTAL CLEAR EPOXY RESIN to create the clear and smooth top coat. Very satisfied.
