Great Flavor!

Love the flavor! Made my scrambled eggs better than ever! Shipped quick; was packed well. I was a little surprised that it had leaked a little. Looked like the lid was miss threaded and sat on a small angle. It had been a little overfilled and caused the lid not to fit perfectly flat. Gave it 5 stars anyway because I'm sure this was a one-of experience caused by trying to please. Great product!

Tasty!

I usually get a different brand, but they were out last time, so I thought I'd expand my horizons! I use this instead of butter both to be Paleo/Whole30 compliant, but I also feel better when I don't have full butter. This is really tasty and my hashbrowns have never tasted better! Great to have multiple Ghee providers I can rely on!

Great ghee for frying.

I've used ghee off and on for years to great success. I have a large popcorn popper and wanted to try ghee in that and also for frying chicken and french fries. Buying such a large jar was a little scary since I'd never tried this brand. I've now used this Traditional Ghee By Gold Nugget for several frying methods including eggs, sausage and pancakes. Chicken comes out wonderfully browned. Perhaps it's a personal taste decision but I like this ghee a lot. I also feel it is a good high heat choice for sautéing, frying and I'm betting would even be good in baking cornbread or biscuits. When I try that, I'll come back and update. This jar will last a while too since the ghee doesn't seem to absorb into food like so many other oils. It often seems there is as much ghee in the pan when I finish cooking as there was when I started.

Great flavored Ghee, wonderful for Keto diet.

I bought Ghee for my Keto baking and cooking. This product is wonderful to work with. The seller was prompt in getting the Ghee shipped and it was packaged well. The flavor is outstanding. Thank you for such a wonderful product!

Wonderfully tasty for cooking/snacking

Absolutely wonderful, the best tasting ghee I ever had. It's very expensive but the quality is so good, I'll continue purchasing it. it has a beautiful silky smooth texture, very fragrant, not greasy or grainy at all like many other brands, you can cook with it and the cooked food gets a unique rich and deep taste, I use it for frying Indian/Pakistani whole wheat flatbread (called paratha, see attached image) and they turn out so good, also sometimes eat it as a snack right from the jar, it is so addictive I can eat multiple spoonfuls. I tried the 4th and heart brand, that's also of good quality but only for cooking or when mixed in a hot liquid, if you eat it on its own as a snack then it has a very greasy or grainy feel that irritates your throat. Gold Nugget, on the other hand, is great as a snack. I store the jar in a semi-cool place (not the fridge), it would melt if kept close to the stove (which is expected for ghee/butter) but if you put it again in a cool place, then it solidifies again, but I'd suggest not letting it melt and keeping on the counter/shelf that's a little bit away from the stove.

Very flavorful

I'm becoming a connoisseur of ghee. My friends mock my love of ghee and throw terms around like, "addict", "snob" and "weirdo" but I don't let it phase me. So, I've tried several brands and this is my favorite. I like 4th generation vanilla bean but for sweet treats and such. Overall, plain ghee, this texture is silky, smooth and velvety in terms of mouth feel. Flavor is full butter. You can taste the freshness. I use it to sautee everything - spinach, kale, asparagus and mushrooms. I use it for eggs too. Sometimes, I eat it out if the jar. This stuff is true to it's name - gold nugget of goodness.

Truly fantastic Ghee

This Ghee was delicious. This is one of the top brands I have had. As soon as you open the jar it just smells so delicious. My thoughts on this is that if you are going to spend the cash on a good Ghee, just go with the biggest jar of this stuff. I went through the 8oz jar way too fast. I have had many brands now and honestly, most of them were not that great. One of the brands I purchased at Walmart and claimed organic pasture raised and was about 10 bucks and it wasn't even usable. Same thing with the organic pasture raised Ghee I purchased at Giant. It was 17 bucks and again, not even usable. This ghee may be a bit pricier but oh man was it delicious.

Trying something new.

The ghee was well packaged and arrived intact and on time. I am new to trying ghee and the health benefits. So far, I would say that I love cooking with it and it enhances the taste of most dishes. I don't taste a lot of difference from butter, but some. The product was just what I was expecting. I am pleased.

All-Time Favorite Ghee!

This is my all-time favorite ghee! It tastes so good that I usually just eat it straight from the jar! It is a great synergy for the keto, low carb, Bulletproof, and paleo diets. It is a great addition to my bone broth, in tonics, blended into coffee, and smothered on vegetables or meats. It also sports a fabulous nutrition profile from the local grass-fed source which is great for gut health and digestion.

This ghee tastes incredible and works well for cooking or coffee or even just eating a spoonful! I am an instant fan of this company and all of their products I have tried so far.
