Works perfectly with my 2013 Asus Nexus 7

Easy to assemble. The spring loaded holder holds my Asus Nexus 7 tablet securely. Gooseneck is stable. Clamp is wide enough and strong enough to stay. I am planning to use if to position the tablet during video and audio recording. Time will tell as far as durability but out of the box this is looking like a winner.

Just what I needed from a disabled person standpoint

This is my honest review of the Macally Flexible Gooseneck Tablet Holder. I have not been paid or received any compensation for my review. I have had the stand since January 4, 2019. I have previously owned 3 other stands from other manufacturers so I consider myself qualified to make the following review...I am disabled with lung disease and have limited upper body mobility because of it. The stand is clipped onto my lift chair table, bringing my 2nd Generation Kindle to eye level. I thought its metal bar would be a little too short...but it's not. In fact, the way it's designed, it's a perfect height. All the joints are tight so it is not a flimsy floppy mess. I am able to plug my Kindle in while it's in the stand, to charge, and I can easily access all my Kindle's buttons with ease. Now for the little extras...the purple clamshell on the bottom holds my earbuds and the blue strip that the stand is clipped on is medical grade non-skid for added grip and my own piece of mind.

Great All-Around Solution

I'm always knocking my phone on the floor in the morning. This goose neck holder not only keeps my phone from falling from my bedside table but make for easy and quick glances of notifications. I'll be getting another for my side table between my recliners for my tablet.

It fits iPad!

I clip this to my easel. Didn’t think it was secure with the clip, but it is and it works well for my purpose. The fit to my iPad 10” is good.

I love this thing

I love this thing. Sturdy. I can angle it whatever direction I want. Use it for 2 different sized iphones and 2 different sized ipads in the house. I keep it attached to an exercise bike. I'd buy this again. We'll see how well it holds up. Wish list: I wish it were a little longer, but it suits my needs fine. I wish there were a faster way to adjust the rotation.

I use this to hold cellphones and ipad and it is strong enough to stay in place. The neck holds it shape. The clip have a strong grip. This is now my 2nd purchase for this item as I was very satisfied with my first purchase. Highly recommended product. I use this mainly to hold my cellphone and clip to my baby's stroller or to her cars seat while driving to keep her entertained while we're on the move. She hates to be strapped in her car seat so we just need to give her distraction and this does the trick! I play educational kids/baby videos from my cellphone.
