• Fast acting - dries in 20 minutes for fast in-field repairs
  • Durable - tough adhesive that bonds to synthetic fabrics and most surfaces
  • Flexible - once cured, it's a flexible rubber that bends with Neoprene and other elastic gear
  • Abrasion resistant - Coat high-wear areas like knees to protect against abrasion
  • Waterproof - provides a water-tight Seal

I used this to repair a hole and reinforce the tips of my daughters monofin that has a cover made of neoprene. I have never had to repair neoprene before. This was simple and easy to use. The actual product is black so it doesn’t stand out from the neoprene... it’s just a little shinier.

I run a wheelchair repair facility and we are now using this product to repair Roho wheelchair cushions with some great results. If you follow the directions and apply the adhesive twice to both sides - the cushion and the patch, this cement grips like crazy compared to other cements. Roho cushions are made of neoprene, so I think that must have something to do with its effectiveness. We use scrap pieces from old Roho cushions as the patches when using this cement to make Roho repairs. It's given us far better results so far than anything else we've seen. It forms a strong but flexible bond which is really need for this application. I highly recommend this product for this application - it's far better than standard rubber cement or contact adhesive.

This stuffed worked fantastically. It held up to a rough snorkeling trip down a river where it was being scrapped over rocks all day long. This product does exactly what it says. Completely mends wet suits and is water tight. With that said, the packaging exploded on me TWICE! Each time I opened the box the cement had exploded out if the can filled the plastic bag the can was sealed it. Luckily I had just enough in the first can to fix the tear after is oozed out in the shipment. The second time there was practically none left in the can and was hardened on the outside.

Its works. I had a puncture in my MuckBoots and this repaired the hole with no problems. The repair is much more flexible than goop repairs, but not as flexible as the original neoprene. Once dry, it stretches and moves with the neoprene. Having used other products that did not work, I am very surprised how well this worked and how easy it was. Bummed I didnt have this for last year's waders.

It's very gooey and it took awhile for it to cure and then be dry and usable, and it looks ugly... Unless I didn't do a good job applying it... But this stuff works like a charm!!

This adhesive is an excellent choice for any application that requires flexibility but not abrasion resistance. Basically, if there's a synthetic material involved and another layer on top (or it's basically an abrasion-free application like repairing a tear in a wetsuit, its original intended purpose) this is the stuff. It brushes on neatly and dries very fast. We use it for ski boot fitting (synthetic fleece/various foams to neoprene or polyester padding), fixing small rips and tears in cycling gloves/pads (it will bond synthetic fabrics to leather - good for fixing glove seams), and various other purposes. If using to bond fabric, be sure to test first to be sure you get a good bond and the solvents don't cause damage.

I used this product along with the thin iron-on neoprene backing (separate) to repair a seam that receives maximum stress from my elbow when removing my wetsuit. I never believed any repair could hold up at that stress point but this product has done the job! It's been months of constant use now and the repair is not even noticeable ... great stuff.

I received this product and used it for the first time this weekend. I have a wetsuit I use for outdoor swimming which started to separate at various seams. I took it in for repairs by a professional and they lasted 1-2 workouts. I then ordered the Mcnett Seal Cement to give it a try. Product could not be any easier to use. You simply brush on the product in two applications, following the directions on the bottle. It takes a total of 15-20 minutes time from start to finish, mostly just waiting on drying. I used the wetsuit later that same day and the seams held perfectly. I cannot comment on how long the seal will last, but the performance so far leaves me very optimistic this will hold for quite some time. Tips for use: A little goes a long way, so don't use a lot of it or you'll just make a mess without any additional benefit.

Does the job and at a great price! Repaired both my wetsuits and they came out looking great at a fraction of the cost of having it repaired at a shop. Tips, this stuff dries super quick so you have to move fast, it can be messy if your not careful. Make sure the area you are repairing is clean of all sand and dry. For small repairs, use a toothpick or the cut off end of a q-tip. The brush it comes with can get all hunked up. Clean it off and you could also cut it down for a more percise application. To get the best looking repairs, gently pull open area that need repair, add glue and close. Wipe away any excess with paper towel. You can use masking tape to hold area closed until it’s dried. Then apply a second application (small amount) along the ripped area to make a seam. This procedure is not absolute nessarry , but it will ensure that it will not rip open again in those high stretch areas.

Excellent! Bought this to repair neoprene gloves that I use for winter paddling. They had developed several leaks and a seam on one of the cuffs has split. Followed instructions and joined the seam back together edge to edge. It worked very well. I turn the gloves inside out down to the fingers after use to dry them. The glued seam has withstood that about half dozen times successfully. Leaks sealed also. Tremendous product!
