Best thing my Wife ever talked me into...
Absolutely perfect size for what we needed it for. It fit perfectly 74 x 74 on the platform I made. The unit ran good as plug and play but once hardwired ran so much better. A few hiccups, but they were addressed in a very timely fashion... so if your looking for a spa without all the nonsense this is your best bet... We love it, and Strong Spa has great customer service too.

Getting the service cover off is tricky, but I figured it out.
I love my new spa. It keeps the heat...only loses 1-2 degrees over 45 minutes to an hour. It only goes up to 104.... which I thought wasn't going to be hot enough, but after it cycles off after about 15-20 minutes... I'm cooked! The jets are not as powerful as the kinds that need 220 electrical....but it's perfect for me. I feel so relaxed and massaged after 20 minutes. Definitely worth the money!

I have had this hot tub since August2018 and I have had any problems . It was a great buy and well worth the money.

Excellent hot tub !!
Excellent hot tub for a great price!! Installation was very easy, pretty much a plug and play! Every hour the tub generally increases temperature 2 degrees, took about 24 hours for our tub to heat up for first time use. Tub holds heat well and chemicals are not too hard. The jets are very relaxing and have a nice two speed mode. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

It fits 2 adults and 3 kids very easy, even with the lounge chair
This is a well made Plug and Play Hot tub. In Calif using it for an hour you will lose only 1 or 2 degrees of heat, We could sit in for an hour or more, so heat has not been a problem for us. It fits 2 adults and 3 kids very easy, even with the lounge chair. I would say the only downside I have is there needs to be a small service door on the side of the hot-tub for easier draining, other than that a very good tub I would have to disagree Mojtaba, The materials are of good quality, This is my 3rd hot tub now I would buy this same tub again, I will update my review in a couple of years to inform other buyers on how ours is holding up....

it is very easy to go through a 36" gate opening
This hot tub is manufactured by Strong Spas in Northumberland, PA. With some help we strapped it to 2 furniture dollies and moved it to the backyard. The hot tub is 34" high and with it on its side, it is very easy to go through a 36" gate opening. Setup is easy if you follow the instructions. I am using the 15 amp GFCI Cord and will change it to the 40 Amp 240 Volts Service before Winter. I called Strong Spas several times before my purchase to verify dimensions, features, and warranty information. Their customer service is awesome. I am very pleased with the quality and it looks great.

Great hottub for the price and well built
My wife and I love this hot tub....it is really well built and is everything we wanted from a hot tub. The cabinet is well built and the jets can be individually turned down to create more pressure in other parts of the tub. The ice chest area and drink tray are a great touch. The only thing I would recommend to the manufacturer is an easier access panel to get to the drain hose so that one doesn't have to unscrew the panel. But that's a minor issue in my opinion. We filled our hot tub, and the temp was at 100 degrees the next day.

Great Quality
I've been impressed by this hot tub. Everything is quality-made, from the finish to the side-paneling. I've had it plugged into 120v for a while now, with every intention of converting to 240v, but so far, it works so well, I don't see the need to hurry. It holds temperature great. The service access panel was not that easy to remove, and even more difficult to reinstall. Gotta admit, I couldn't find the drain valve, but figured I'd give it a second look when I convert the voltage. My only caution (besides the access panel, which is minor) is that the lounge seat is very short; I'm 5'8" and I can't stretch out on it. My wife, 5'1", has no problem. Other than that, the hot tub is really nice, with clean lines and finishes.
