We really enjoyed this crust. I baked it in the oven as instructed but then let it cool before I put the toppings on and put in the oven again. It stayed together and was nice and crispy. Even our toddler approved and went for seconds. I added 365 barbecue sauce mild green chilies, shredded sharp cheddar cheese and crispy red onions on top (that I cooked before).

Great tasting low carb pizza

The crust is not oily and has a good crispy crunch on the edges. I topped it with some fresh tomato, basil, garlic powder and mozzarella. Healthy dinner in 10mins!

Delicious!

I've bought this crust several times and have not had any of the issues other reviewers have mentioned. Of course, this will not taste like your neighborhood pizzeria crust but for a cauliflower based crust it is really delicious. I liked that I was able to add my favorite toppings and sauce and brushing the crust lightly with oil does make for a crispier crust and for more robust flavor shake a little garlic salt and pepper.

Beats my attempt for sure

The crust was sturdy and tasted gluten like. Kind of like a corn flat bread combo. Definitely satisfied my craving! I've tried making cauliflower crust a few times and can never get it to hold. This was great!

Crunchy and tasty

Loved the crunchy crust, very thin Northern Italian flat bread type pizza. Don’t overload w too much sauce or wet items. Turns out perfect fly crunchy and yummy!
