Best Exercise Ball

It is just the right size and strength for knee squeezing exercises and I don't need to worry about it breaking. I had a hard time initially blowing air into it until I realized that I needed to break through the rubber first. Then, it was easy to blow up and plug. This is a very good exercise ball.

Perfect for my Physical Therapy Needs!

This is the best exercise ball I ever bought. It came with a simple inflating kit. The instructions that were included said the straw would “provide amusement while inflating”. It did indeed. It only took me two tries to properly replace the plug. It is strong and secure and feels that it will withstand a good workout.

Great for home workouts

Great for booty and ab workouts! Especially if you're working out at home! I haven't quite mastered how to put the pin in without air coming out, but still a great addition to my at home gym.

Great for workouts or as a kids toy

I initially purchased this ball for my home Barre workouts, and it works perfectly for it. But when I was working out, my kids kept trying to swipe the ball to play with it - and it is a great play ball too! It's soft enough that they can't hurt each other with it but sturdy enough that they won't pop it. I ended up buying a second ball so they could play with one while I work out, and it has provided hours of entertainment. As far as inflation goes, it come with a simple "inflation kit." Basically, it's a hard straw and a plug for the ball. But it is simple enough to use. Insert the straw in the hole. Blow up the ball. Plug the end of the straw with your finger while you get the plug ready in the other hand. Quickly pull out the straw and insert the plug. It's not complicated, and I lost almost no air while inflating the ball, so I am very happy with the firmness.

perfect exercise ball

I have several balls to use with my exercises This ball is my favorite. It is bouncy, yet sturdy, making it quite versatile. It has a great texture that lets me grip it without it being so sticky that it picks up dirt and lint. The ball is the best size for me to use with my back and to do my chest squeezes. It is perfect for my needs in every way. I cannot think of anything I do not like about it. It is definitely great quality for a good price.

Exactly what I wanted

Perfect for exercising at home with a small exercise ball. I put it at the base of my spine while sitting on the floor and used it for sittups. Got a great burn in my abs! Great tool.

Perfect size for my 1 year old

Great ball. I use it for Pilates sometimes but I bought it for my 1 year old. It’s just the right size for her to sit and bounce on.

Exercise ball texture is soft and great for use in my exercise classes. Easy to hold while doing hand flexibilty and other exercises in group exercise. Definitely recommend this ball. Ordered the blue color and pretty turquoise shade. Comes with small air tool. Can air up to full size or lower air as preferred. Will buy from this seller again.
