Seems like great quality, I never got in the hang of taking them but they didn’t cause as many vitamin burps like most vitamins do

It works!

4/27/2020 I started at 257.6 pounds and from the 18 that I started to take the combination of CLA 2000 and the Garcinia Cambogia supplement from the same brand and today I had a doctor's appointment and the discharge papers said that I lost 3.8 pounds. The craving, hunger, and the anxiety to eat out of boredom or just because is easier to handle. Best if taken as instructed, with plenty of water. I also feel energized, but not to the point to feel hyper or anything like that. I started today 4/18/2020: I’ll update later. I get an objective review to post. In the meantime, I can say that burping a few time after taking this pill the taste that comes through your throat is not the nicest thing, but let see what it does after two weeks and if it really works at least for me.

I like because of potency you only need take 2 of these versus 3-4 of Most other brands, making this brand a good buy. I’m taking these for body composition, I took CLA years ago when I was into body building and it works, I can’t wait to see results from these!

I purchased this product 2 weeks ago and I feel different and a good way feeling focus more energized. I love this product. If you do any sort of exercise, you need this in your life! I’m training for a half marathon, and I’ve noticed a drastic difference in my joints and energy. I take this with Garcinia every morning and evening, and I’ve noticed a huge difference. And the pills are easy to swallow and don’t have an after taste.

20 days some progress

Have been taking for 20 days. I gained some weight and usually when i adjust my diet to low carb i can Quickly see the difference. However, i think the stress from last few months has made it difficult. A friend recommend this product and now after 20 days of taking it i have seen some progress. Same low carb diet no exercise yet have lost 5lbs and 1 inch on my waist. Does it work?? Well water weight ,less carbs , less stress maybe the reason idk but i will continue taking it because it keeps me motivated to continue to eat healthier.
