Excellent product and customer service

I am so excited. I ordered on Monday, received on Wednesday and changed out the old mat for the new today, Thursday by my self! Company checked with me before shipping to be sure measurements were correct. AND then included a tool to attach the springs. This was a life saver. Who really knows you need a tool. The first time, years ago we tried to change the mat with two pair of plyers! THAT was so very difficult! Thank you to this thoughtful company!

The service was fantastic! We had little knowledge of sizes of mats and what to measure to replace worn out parts of our 8+yr old trampoline but did our best then got a message asking us .. Background : We have gone through a lot of trampolines! I think 5 trampolines total. All of them have beed used ones, but all in good shape. We live in a neighborhood that has a TON of children in it. While there are a few other trampolines around us, all the kids come to use our (even the ones with their own). I think this is due to the used trampolines have the best springs for jumping. Kids like the broken in springs. New trampolines seam to have a to firm of spring and getting "air" while jumping is impossible with hard springs. Besides having about 20 kids siting on the trampoline for a social hour, having to move the trampolines every week to mow the grass has put more stress on our trampolines than others. So, writing this review is coming from a consumer with above average experience with trampolines. I also want to ensure my money goes as far as it can and replacing a trampoline or trampoline mat every other year is something I don't think should happen. Our present trampoline was still in great shape, minus the hoops on the mat were breaking due to direct South Carolina sun. So we ordered this replace mat. We are very glad we did! Mat section was large but was presented in an easy and understandable way. The mat was received one day earlier than expected :-). Directions were ok, but I did not follow them. I have always had the best luck (read easiest) with installing the springs in a row and not skipping any. Yeah, it makes each spring a little tight when putting it on, but no where near as tough as installing 4 Springs opposite of each other. Using the "in row" method feels sooooo much safer! The mat looks like a quality product and we haven't had any issues from it. The material holding the loops for the springs to attach to look solid. Little things we have noticed on our new mat (both comments are not "bad" enough to reduce stars) ; -The stitching/weave pattern of the mat surface is tighter. On mats in the past there were tiny spaces in the weave pattern. With having a tighter pattern the mat acts like as an air brake. Every time the mat goes up or down, the air has to go around the mat and not through the mat. So this gives it a unique feel while jumping. - the surface feels a little more slippery than what we have in the past. This may be linked to the above comment. I think this is a 5 star product and I am looking for it to last a long time. Kids love having the trampoline back in used!

All is well at my house again

I was excited to find this mat on Amazon since the one we've had for 20 years bit the dust a couple of weeks ago. My grandkids live on it, as well as my nieces and nephews so I knew time was of the essence to get it replaced. I was a little worried that I would order the wrong mat since there are a lot of things to consider when purchasing one, a fact I had not considered until I got down to the business of actually ordering it. The product site for this mat is pretty good at working you through all the things you need to know to order the right mat. Thankfully, it works perfectly. It stretched well across our existing frame and there's enough bounce to it that kids as young as two clear up to adults are all enjoying it. All is well at my house again!

Awesome Products!

This was my first purchase from SkyBound. Our trampoline need some new springs, a replacement mat, safety mat to cover the springs and new foam for the poles that go around the safety net. All I can say about all the products I ordered was WOW!!! I could tell immediately that the quality was so much better than the original trampoline parts. In fact, when I set the trampoline up several years ago I jumped on it a couple times and immediately stretched some springs and bottomed out the trampoline. At 6'-2" and 220 lbs I didn't feel comfortable jumping on it after that, but after installing the replacement parts from SkyBound I tried again and what a difference! I have jumped on it with my kids numerous times and problems at all. The prices were great, shipping was super fast and everything fit nicely! Awesome job SkyBound!

Very durable, great purchase

We received an old trampoline when my nephew jumped a hole right through its. I was happy to find this replacement mat so I didn’t have to buy a brand new trampoline. This has lasted us about a year now and weathered many seasons. I watched in horror as a twelve year old jumped off a ladder onto this trampoline but the trampoline remained in tact and so did the boy. This is a very durable very reliable replacement mat.

Fit like a glove--a very tight glove:) We were wary of ordering this trampoline since it didn't have any reviews at that point but it worked out great! Make sure to follow the instructions--if you mess up the order, then you are gonna have to undo them and it's painful. It comes with a hook to pull the rings to the spring but this eventually broke and I had to make my own hook (this was probably due to me doing it in the wrong order though--also, putting in a new trampoline mat is really a two man operation--I discovered in retrospect). Most importantly, I only figured out on the last few rings that it's much easier to PULL THE SPRINGS TO THE RING. Reread those capitalized words--it will save you a lots of sweat and blisters!

Great product, well packaged.

This nicely replaces your old torn, otherwise just worn out tramp mat. It came nicely folded and with good quality materials and triangle hooks. I have to say, it is a bit of work to replace these, and you need to follow the directions, do not just go straight around when you hook up the springs. I did it without the spring tool, but my hands sure did get really red pulling the springs and hooking them to the mat. Highly recommended product though, it bounces well, and is very sturdy. Now my kids and I can bounce like silly kangaroos again, or lay on it and watch the stars at night. Amazingly good times for such little cost.

Fit great, quick shipping

Fit great, quick shipping, great price and seems to be holding up well. I end up with 5-8 kids on this at a time and it holds up well and hasn't split yet. I tend to replace my mat every 2-3 years depending on the weather and use but i never remove or cover them up so I think that's a fair amount of time for them to last. I'v had my trampoline for 9 years and this is my 3rd mat on the original frame and springs. Very pleased with the product!

Purchased a replacement mat for a 15 foot trampoline after my niece's foot went right through our old one. (Do not know the original manufacturer of our trampoline, as it was a Craig's List purchase years ago.) I ordered the wrong mat the first time - did not measure the springs first. (Do NOT skip this step. There are different sized rings on the 15 foot mats, and if you don't order the mat with the correct corresponding ring size, the mat will sag or be too tight.) After putting on the mat and seeing it sag, we realized our mistake. The company sent us a free return label after I requested it - they did not have to do this, and it was very much appreciated. Ordered the correct mat, and it was sent right away. Put it on, and it fit perfect! The kids say that the mat is bouncier than our original mat, and they love it. We are happy with the product, and even happier with the customer service. We will definitely recommend and use this company again!!
