I really, really love these placemats. I think they're just stunning, especially when placed on a black table. The material seems durable despite being quite light. The mat itself is actually quite large - one placemat takes up almost half the table! I solved this by folding the placemats in half, and now it fits my table perfectly. The mats fold very easily, which is great if you're concerned that some heat may seep through the mat because you can double up on the material by folding it. It does seem to leave a crease if left folded for too long, but I think it would level out with time if you left it unfolded or perhaps even ironed it. I'm pleased with my folded mats so I will be keeping them this way. My table scratches and leaves marks very easily, and these mats solved that problem and made my table look even nicer. Overall, a wonderful product. Just watch out for those creases, but otherwise you are golden!

I really like these. Easy to clean, they look sharp, and they do a great job protecting my table from armies of goblins.

Great for daily use or just for a different look

Interesting product based on the material. Great look which changes a bit with lighting or which direction you are looking at. Wanted a tone-on-tone look and they did that on a wood table. My only usage observation is they do slide around a bit. Very easy to clean with running water or just a sponge. Might fray over time but for the price a very good purchase.

Great Amazon Buy

These are really nice and look better than the photo. I have a Persian cat who gets dry food every where on the floor and it’s a waste. I use the mat underneath and when there’s food on it I just lift it and let the food slide back into the bowl. The other thing I use them for is for my coffee and and tea. It’s easy to wipr off the spills and debri and it keeps the mugs and other things in place because they don’t slip. Probably good to keep cutting boards in place too. I’m considering ordering more.

At first i thought these were not what I had ordered, because at a different angle they have a different pattern. I like that though, they are beautiful on my oak table and go well with the tan seat pads I have.

Beautiful and reversible!

We just got a new dining room set and these are perfect on the real wood look! I really like the gold and you can flip them to have a different pattern. With matching black napkins, my nephew said my table is now all fancy! Lol
