This cover fixed my marriage.

Ok, this cover didn't do anything for my marriage. Unless preventing a console from cracking (and pinching my wife's arm, provoking her to anger and blaming me, where I in turn accuse her of acting like her mother, cementing my spot in the "dog house") counts. The fit of the pad is spot on to the size of my 2016 Tacoma console. The silver gray color is more metallic looking than I like but I was sure from the picture that this was how it would look. The straps went on easy, though the front-most strap goes over my console release button. It doesn't prevent the console from functioning the same so no big deal. I am worried that my often sweaty arms (from work) will still make this material crack eventually. Better this than my console though.

Nice fit for my Model3

Great for for my Model3. When I get inside the car I always take support of the center console with my elbow. This does not move when I do that. Exactly what I wanted. The only thing to observe in the days to come is, how the kinda rough lining on the base will effect the leather. Time will tell.

Good quality, feels great!

I would highly recommend this product. It seems high quality, feels great, and the price makes it even better (bought for about $9.99). It was a bit large for a 2000 Honda Civic, but it's protecting the center console and that's what matters. I don't really like the pattern on top, but I definitely would recommend this center console cover.

Better than expected

I was a little skeptical when I ordered this product because of the price and because it didn't really specify exactly what cars it is compatible with. The price was low so I decided to try it out. I am so happy with this purchase. I own a 2014 Rouge and this fit perfectly. Very well made, covers the entire top of middle compartment, doesn't interfere any of the compartments latches and is very easy to clean. I would definitely recommend this product.

Exactly as pictured and described.

Great padding, soft, and seems to be well made!! It looks a little silly because it's much bigger than my console...but its 100% better than my ripped and torn center console! It's super comfortable as well, lots of padding!

Good console and elbow saver.

I purchased the "Auto Center Console Pad,Alusbell Car Armrest Seat Box Cover Protector Universal Fit (A-Black)" over a month ago and I can say I wish I would have purchased this for my previous car. Granted it is universal in fit but it's design is pretty good. The pattern on top helps your elbow grip when you want but slippery enough to not "stick" which was the problem with the OEM armrest. The padding is adequate and the universal size is just enough. It fits my Challenger console pretty well since these have a common problem of the lid cover material cracking. Even with protectant my console lid is hard enough to not be comfortable on a trip and sticky after my weight is on it for some duration. I read plenty of reviews before purchase and so far after a month it is as good as new. The 2 elastic straps won't get loose because I leave it in place all the time. It doesn't want to slide around due to the backing material.

Hard console...problem solved

We recently bought a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GT. The "Spyder" designation means convertible. The GT means 3.8litre engine. It's a lot of fun to run around town in and even more fun on winding country roads. One problem I had is the console. It is hard and unyielding so after a short while it becomes very uncomfortable on your elbow. This center console pad is an inexpensive solution that looks really good. Since our console does not open at the front but instead opens to the side, the elastic straps were of no use to me. I just carefully cut them off and fastened the pad to the console using 3M automotive tape. In a bit of overkill, I used 5 strips running front to back. Problem solved! My elbow doesn't hurt anymore and the console pad looks great. There are a variety of colors available so you can find one that suits your interior color scheme. Oh, did I mention that your elbow won't hurt anymore?

GREAT to cover a cracked armrest!!

Years ago, getting into the car, I leaned too heavily on the center console storage box and it cracked. The result was a sharp, pointed edge that "got" me a couple of times. We looked into replacing the whole box, but it wasn't feasible, so we just lived with it... Until now! This easily slipped on and is protective padding for my forearm! The ONLY drawback is that it wiggles a bit - slipping if pushed, etc. Would have been perfect if there had been a non-slip backing, but I guess we can add a self-stick one later. For now - it is a great solution!

I work at an auto dealership where I get in and out of cars all day long.. I never knew this product even existed until I got into a customer's car and put my elbow down.. Surprisingly Awesome!

My car console armrest is cracked because my car is old and, because the console cover is a rare (double tall, padded) option, it is hard to find and expensive when I do. I was going to take it to an upholsterer, but the quotes were really high. I took a risk on this and I'm so happy I did! It looks good, feels nice, was easy to install, and no more cracked vinyl cutting up my elbows! It seems really durable but, if it were to break, at this price I'd be willing to replace it once a year.
