Fantastic Set

Purchased this for my 8 year old son who loves building and constructions toys. He thought it was the coolest thing ever. Lots of different pieces and plenty of pre-designed tracks to set-up. So its similar experience to LEGO but with more fun payoff after the build. He had a few friends over and they all enjoyed playing with this for hours. Great product! We also got the expansions.

Great quality, endless fun

It’s creative, challenging, allows kids to indirectly explore physics through hours of fun. Great variety of pieces to allow for endless building options. As simple or as complex as the child wants to make it. And sturdy. I have stepped on pieces that I expected would break under my weight, but they are still as good as before either because they were solid or flexible.

Fantastic fun

My nine year old son and the seven year old neighbor friend love Gravitrax. I need a separate table because Gravitrax has taken over our dining room table. The suggested builds were a great way to get started but we've already had hours of creative building time. No electronics needed!!!

Love this product

I bought this set as a birthday gift for my 8-year-old nephew. It's the perfect gift for a child who likes building things. I like that you can create it 100 different ways so it doesn't get old. It's a great way to have early science discussions about gravity and force while also having fun.

Very nice, good quality marble set......

My son is 12 and has wanted a nice marble set... Problem is, most sets out there are cheaply made and really not that challenging. This marble set is very cool. So many combinations and ways to build it out. Only problem is that if your son / daughter gets bored easily or needs to be challenged, this may not keep them entertained. The son I bought it for put it together once and he was done after a few days. My other son who is 16 would have spent hours with this if I had bought it for him at 12 years old. So depending on the personality... this will either be a long term purchase or they will be over it in a week. Outside of that... Awesome marble set. Very good quality and better than most and we've purchased quite a few and returned them.

Endless Fun!

This is extremely fun and brings out the best in creativity of myself and my 3 boys. I only wish it was sold in deals of much larger kits. I've had to use 4 of these starter packs to enjoy it without the limitations we often found ourselves against. With enough pieces, this is absolutely ENDLESS fun!!!

There Are MANY expansion sets/pieces. Instructions written in perfect English. Easy to understand.

All parts fit easily together! Design mistakes are EASILY fixed. Ravensburger has TONS of add-ons! Easy to understand but you still have to pay attention or you'll be redoing parts of your track. You can follow the instructions or you can go "rogue" and design your own track! Fun and challenging either way! I'm 60 and have fine tremors. These sets satisfy my desire to build but with no danger of cutting myself (with a saw, etc.) and very little frustration!

This thing is really cool

I purchased this for my twelve year old as a STEM item. He has used this many times since Christmas and isn't bored yet. There are a ton of different ways to set it up and even accessories you can buy. I really like this because other marble marzed were really tall and not really to exciting. This one maintains a low profile and can easily be worked on while sitting at the table.
