I LOVE this magical motion activated light, flush mounted to ceiling electrical wiring.

I AM SO EXCITED about this wonderful light. This light thrills me and makes me very happy. It is BRIGHT !!!! It is motion activated and is a dream come true for any dark spot in and around your home that need a bright, safe ( alerts any intruders) magical light that come on exactly when you need it, simply by your motion near it. I put it outside on my protected patio near my outside door. Strangers approaching my door will certainly be amazed by suddenly being exposed in a field of bright light. So far it is wonderful. I hope it lasts a long time. it is not as expensive as many lights and is slim and modest, but gives off very strong light for about 3 minutes upon activation.

Just perfect for a closet

This is perfect for a small- to medium-sized closet. It may even be good for a walk-in, but we don't have any walk-ins so I can't say. We put one of these in my daughter's 36"-wide closet weeks ago and it continues to work great, so we put another one a week or so ago in the 72"-inch wide closet in our master bedroom. It continues to work great there too. There is no sensitivity adjustment but it just seems to work right for a closet, coming on when you open the door or just start to reach into the closet. The sensitivity has not changed at all, as another reviewer complained about. As others have mentioned it would be nice to have a timing adjustment since it goes out after only about a minute, but most of the time that's all we need to get our clothes. The price is quite reasonable so I think that's a fair trade-off. Also agree with others that the quarter-inch long screws are too short. Light boxes are often not perfectly flush with the ceiling or wall. We replaced a different motion-sensing light purchased on Amazon with this one. The other one was way too sensitive, turning on every time you'd even get near the closet. This one does not turn on until the closet is opened. Just right!

I was looking for a light solution for a small storage area and this is what we decided to go with. Benefits: - depth was almost flush - straight forward install (< 10 minutes) - bright light - motion sensor works good Downside: - I don't see a way to swap out the lights if they go bad. Not sure what this would entail. Maybe have to buy another one. This product works great and was exactly what I needed. Simple and straight forward install.

Motion Sensing Indoor/Outdoor LED Ceiling Light, 100 Watt Equivalent " two thumbs up!"

I bought 5 of these to replace pull chain lights in the closets of our flip house. very sleek, only .6 inch tall and they work very well. I put them on the daytime setting, no problem with them coming on when the door is opened and they are nice and bright with the daylight color. I wasn't so crazy about the wire connectors that came with them as our electric boxes were small in the old house and they constantly popped of when trying to tuck them in so I used my own blue wire twists. But I would still highly recommend them to anyone needing a good motion sensor light.

Works great- very pleased

Researched lights extensively and purchased this one based on its good reviews and other attributes. I like the flexibility of having it come on after sensing motion in the dark or light. Not many light fixtures have that option. It's low profile makes it work just about anywhere. I mounted ours in a garage that always seems too dark during daylight hours. Replaced a porcelain socket with this item in less than 5 minutes. Works like a charm. Very pleased with the quality of materials and the way it functions, and consider it a good value at its current price.

100% better than those rechargeable led lights.

I had one of those rechargeable led closet lights and thought it was OK until it stopped sensing. $30 tossed in the trash. Then I got this electric led light and what a huge difference. 5 times brighter. no recharging and the sensor works a LOT better. As soon as I open the door the light turns on. Put another one in my back entrance and set it for night time use only. PERFECT! Less expensive too. Highly recommended.

Efficient, Attractive, and Convenient

I installed this light under the overhang by my side door. Before I did, if I walked out the door at night, I could not see where I was stepping. Now, as soon as I open the storm door, the light goes on and lights up the area brightly. It also detects motion within a few feet of the overhang, giving additional security. I already had an electrical box there, so it took all of 5 minutes to install by connecting the wires and fastening with 2 screws. Nice product at a great price!

Casts a Bright white light

The Motion Sensing Indoor/Outdoor LED Ceiling light is great. Easy installation. I replaced our outdoor porch light (ceiling mounted). Using the motion sensing (switch), the motion sensor works flawlessly. Great for leaving the porch light switch on all the time. The Light casts a bright white light.

Excellent!

We are very happy about this light. The light is mounted in our porch, it is very bright and comes on at the right distance. Many reviews complain that the motion sensor does not have the range advertised, I am not sure but for our use perhaps it is better since we don’t want the light to be triggered by leaves or plants moving fa away. It shuts off fairly quickly, a feature which we like as well and will hopefully extend the life of the light. The led cannot be changed so hopefully ii will last long time before we need a new light. My only negative comment is that it is much smaller than expected....check the dimensions to make sure it will “fit”.
