They were exactly what I wanted! Even though its an error 11oz/not18oz they are perfect. I have looked every store in our area and could not find any larger than 4/6oz and then they were a red color. Use them for single servings of desserts, pot pies, ingredients for cooking. They are set out on my counter because I use them everyday one way or another. You may think they are a little pricey but their quality is worth every penny.

Great Quality and Packaging!

My whole family loves these ramekins. They are great for baking all kinds of things (individual cakes, quiches, and pies, etc.). We also use them to serve ice cream and cut up fruit and veggies for the whole family. I was really impressed with the packaging as well. They arrived completely secure in the box, and I could tell they hadn't moved at all during shipping. I highly recommend this product.

Love these!

I bought these for heating individual single serve Indian food for my mom who doesn't like to heat up all her food on her plate, but likes to have all her food in individual serving dishes. These are perfect, set 6 of them on 2 plates and heat up all her food. Perfect size, stay cool to the touch. Very nice size and doesn't take up a lot of storage space.

finally sturdy ramekins

i've been trying to get some solid ramekins for a while because my girlfriend loves my creme brulee. i've tried everything from the expensive sets from create & barrel, the cheap ones form ikea, and plenty of others but these were the only ones that actually held up

The Perfect Size

We got three (3) sets of six (18 total)... These were perfect for a dinner party which we all had a separate ramekins for a Potato Souffle with Braised Short Rib on top... Also used for a large group we had over for Chili and the 18oz was just the right size for almost everyone. We actually only had a couple guys that had more than one bowl.

Durability is important. I bought them to use for pot pies. Lookin good so far.

Usefulness

These ramekin have worked very nicely from microwave molten chocolate cakes to oven bake cheesecakes! Perfect size for a nice dessert. Next attempt is individual frittatas. A must have!

Ready To Use

Received my order of the 12 ounce Ramekin dishes just in time for New Years Eve. I used the dishes for an amazing crab dip and impressed not only myself but my family.
