Perfect post partum exercise

I had a c-section delivery nearly 4 months ago and I have been meaning to buy a hula hoop. I am 5'2" and 120 lbs now but my belly is still big after giving birth to a huge baby boy :D and I can't wait to shed some more pregnancy weight. This hoop is a little big in diameter for my size but still manageable. My daughter who is 4-inch shorter than me likes it too.

Definitely recommend if you are looking for one.

It's a great product. Its wrapped around with a form so when you use it is doesn't hurt your waist. The only complain is foam moves when you spin it for a long time. But I still love it. It even came with a measuring tape. It's a fun way to have some exercise.

The quality is amazing

Fun and you can feel it burn

Lighter weight - perfect if that matters to you.

This is lighter, at 2.3 pounds, than most other listed hula hoops. I wanted the lighter one as I am slim and retirement age. It set up easily, takes apart as easily, is gently foam padded, and seems well made.

Comfortable, cute

Assembled in like 2 minutes. Just snap them together. You can alternate colors, do half and half, etc. It's up to you. It works perfectly. I know they said you can make it smaller by using less pieces but I don't think they bend enough for that. Maybe you can take away once piece or something. But it'll bend it beyond it's natural point.

Easy to put together and works great!

You can adjust the size by snapping and unsnapping different pieces and it works great. It's heavy enough for good exercise effect but soft enough with form to make it comfortable.

Fast Shipping, Fast Setup, No Pain on stomache for me

Maybe it's because I currently had a flabby stomach, waist 33 but no tone just flab and maybe that make's it not hurt or I don't use it long enough but I didn't have issues with discomfort. I'll edit review once the six pack comes in :)
