Understand first what qualities you value.
Years and years ago, I had a sheet set that I didn't appreciate at the time. The kind of purchase you buy in your youth when money is no real issue but relegate to the back of the linen closet when you color preferences change. I rediscovered that set recently (no longer usable as we upgraded to a larger bed) and I realized...those sheets never pilled, never wore, never frayed. And here I am now with "soft" sheets, navigating and avoiding holes each night. Figuring repurchasing quality sheets would be pricey, I've put it off for months. Meanwhile, I'd been researching what is was about those original sheets that I liked so much. The tags had been long worn...no clue brand, material, or weave. What I'd determined was I liked their crispness, their weight, and their overall thickness. And what I needed to find would be long staple cotton. I discovered these sheets in particular on Amazon and the price was far less than I was expecting to pay. Some say itchy - I say crisp. Some say wrinkly - I say...duh. 100% cotton Some say lower thread count - I mention quality of thread used I'll update should I discover deteriation with use, but so far...these are PRECISELY what I'd been looking for. Update: nearly 1 year late, there has been no noticible wear. They are softer now, but still look great with no pilling for fraying. These were precisely the sheets I had hoped for.

Stop searching, you want these sheets
Like some I've been searching for the right sheet set for a few weeks. I've read tons of reviews and will doubt which I should consider. My goal was to find sheets to fit my queen temperpedic mattress (which also has a pillow top). I'm tired of purchasing "deep" or "extra deep" pocketed sheets that I still end up wrestling with to get on the last corner of the bed. I've held my breath as I've tried to stretch it on, my poor fingers pinched in the process, thinking... please don't rip... They eventually always do rip at the seam. I've purchased from one end of the spectrum to the other. From a set at your local wholesaler club to an embarrassing amount on a Vera Wang set. In my searching if I found sheets which claimed to be deep enough to fit my mattress the material of the sheets where a blend and not 100% cotton. Getting 100% cotton is important to me and I've found them to be the most reliable. Some people complain about wrinkles with cotton. This can easily be solved by not overloading your dryer and not over drying your sheets. The company also includes a care card which discusses over drying. At the most some may want to iron their pillow cases. I throw a comforter over my sheets so the minimal wrinkling does not bother me. I haven't had the sheets long enough yet to let you know if pilling happens. In the past if I went for too high a thread count I would a end up seeing pilling. I know 400 doesn't seem high for some but these sheets were surprisingly soft and silky before and after washing. They are not stiff or loud. Elastic goes around the entire fitted sheet which includes a "foot" tag for easy identification of the corners. The pictures I've taken include before and after washing. I have plenty of room with the fitted sheet, no more pinched fingers! I would say they could easily fit a mattress thicker than mine around 15in. (18in might be stretching it). I am happy with my purchase and will be buying more. (The last picture is after washing, the wrinkles in the other pictures is before washing)

Good quality sheets
The sheets feels like a superior quality. I liked the material and the quality of the thread counts. Overall satisfied with the product. Updated to 5, after using the product for some days now. Maintains quality after multiple washes.

The only sheets I use in my vacation rental business!
I recently purchased 25 sets of these sheets to add to my current inventory. I posted another detailed review a while back, so I will augment that review by giving a history about why I love these sheets; I embarked on a "perfect sheet" journey a couple of years ago. I wanted to find the best sheets for my guests so they feel that luxury they deserve when they stay at my properties. I purchased all the sheets you hear about on radio and internet ads. I even purchased a subscription to a consumer magazine and read about the sheets they compared. I purchased each one on the list. I didn't think I could bring myself to pay $400 for a queen set of sheets. But, I did. I literally put the California Design Den set (I purchased for my own bed) against the $400 set and the 5 others on the consumer list. I took out a powerful magnifying glass to see the differences in the weave, closed my eyes and felt them, smelled them, took photos of them, washed and dried them all and slept on them, personally. I literally could not see, feel or smell a notable difference among 6 different sets of sheets (all were 400TC Sateen Weave). There may have been subtle differences in the name tags, the thread used to sew the seams, the top thread design, shipping container, etc. Other than that, no difference in the way it felt or how I slept. My wallet is the one that felt the difference!! I have received public reviews about my linens on multiple occasions. I now have over 150 sets of these sheets, all in white, in varying sizes. I have never experienced any negative issues, each set consistent as the next. The instructions say to wash them before sleeping on them, do it. I followed the enclosed drying instructions, making sure NOT TO BAKE the sheets on high heat. I do all the laundry for my vacation rental business and I have followed those instructions each and every time I washed them. I wash, on average, 40 sets a week (during the summer its closer to 80). I have had these for almost 2 years and they are softer, and just as beautiful as the day they arrived.

Excellent sheets - excellent fabric!
I'm quite the fabric snob. Since I sew and quilt a great deal, I know the feel and durability of good FABRIC. Cotton is my fabric of choice, and some cottons hold up a whole lot better than others due to the weave, type of cotton and thread count. I had grown so weary of the microfiber sheets we had. That's all you can find in stores, and after purchasing a set for my bed, I realized that these were not the sheets for me. I needed good, durable cotton. I seemed to be on an impossible quest. My standard, ironically, were a few white cotton flat sheets that my mother gave me to use as quilt backing. They were my Nana's and probably 50 years old, but they were in perfect condition (other than a few bluing stains which were easily removed). When I used them to back a few quilts, I reveled in their weight, their thickness and how beautifully they came out of the washer and dryer. I searched for a sheet set with all of the qualities and characteristics of my Nana's top sheets. Searched and searched. And I finally found them! These are it! These sheets wash beautifully. I have hung them on my clothesline to dry direct from the washer (they were a tad wrinkly, but who cares?) and I have thrown them in my dryer. You do have to remove them when they're JUST dry - do not let them bake and over-dry (I was used to that routine from pre-washing/drying yards and yards of fabric to sew with). Both methods of drying work well and the sheets are soft and SOOO comfortable. Pockets are deep on the fitted sheet, the flat sheet is extra-long for easy tucking and the pillowcases easily accommodate a large, fluffy pillow. I could not be happier with these sheets. They are now my go-to sheets, as I will be purchasing other sets to outfit other beds in my home so I can get rid of those nasty microfiber sheets that are horrible!

Love These Sheets
I bought these sheets in white/queen size. I absolutely love them. They are so comfortable and they wash up great with very little wrinkling. I'm thinking about upgrading to a king size bed, and this is where I will come to buy all my new sheets!

Buy now, they could double the price ... Terrific service, as well.
These are a great value and a quality product. A combo hard to find. The fitted sheet is ribbed all around, helpful labels (Front) make it no more guessing, for many sheet challenged folks. The Flat Sheet will fit 99% of Kings; We have an extra Deep Cal King, with a pillow top; The sheet was about 4 -6 inches to narrow/small (width not length). I spoke with the seller, who provided incredible service. As soon as the next run was ordered they sent us a larger width sheet. Perfect. Note: it was the same great quality (as it was a new run, I'd imagine the stock is great). That's unreal so kudos to this seller and their quality product. They wash well. They feel like what a quality cotton sheet set should; its not sateen or silky, not fleece, it's a well made, lasting cotton sheet set. I find these keep me cooler; IMO. The indigo color can be a tough one, and was spot on, as well. One note, the pillow cases from my run were a bit narrow. Only matters if you have extra large pillows. Buy before they double price!

Corner seem split
Update: I contacted the seller directly and they are sending me a replacement fitted sheet. What great Customer Service! I would definitely buy from them again. Original: I wanted to love these sheets. I wanted 100% cotton because they hold up better and less likely to pill. But while putting on the fitted sheet the corner seem split right open. So now I have to go through the whole return process when all I need is a replacement fitted sheet.

Wonderful, in my experience
I purchased two sets of these sheets. My first set was ordered February 2018 and second set April 2018. Both sets are white. And, I have to say, I really, really like these sheets. They are truly 100% cotton. They wash well - they do wrinkle - but they are soft. I use a very mild detergent, and I do not over-dry them. For the dryer, I dry the sheets until they are slightly damp (15-20 minutes on low heat), then I switch the dryer setting to air only. This keeps the sheets from being scorched or over-dried. Also, I do not use fabric softeners. I find it isn't necessary as long as I am careful with the drying time as described. In addition, for the price-point, these 400 count sheets are marvelous. And, I purchase the white color sheets because I figure if I want more colorful bedding, then it's wise to focus on blankets, duvets, comforters, pillows, and a bed skirt for the added colors. As a result, I cannot share in regards to the color retention of these sheets. Also, for pillow cases, I decided to use the white pillow cases with an additional colored pillow case over the top. Concisely, I have two pillow cases on my pillows by doing this. The standard size pillow cases are the correct size for the average "standard" pillow as well. Lastly, I would recommend these sheets to others. Plus, I am thinking that I might try the 600 thread count version in the future. I'd like to see how those feel and hold-up to daily use.
