4 very thick pork chops in less than 2 hours. I put the tray in a plastic cake pan cover to catch the juices. You can leave it out on the kitchen counter (if you don’t have any cats). The defrosting tray pulls the freezing temperature away from the food so the tray stays very cold & your food won’t spoil until it is defrosted.

Works better than expected.

This is my first Defrosting Tray, I never bought one before because I didn’t believe it will really help but after being tired to wait my frozen product to thaw I decided I neet to try.
