It works and it is easy

I bought this as a BD gift for a friend, but since I read the other reviews, I wanted to try it for myself before I gave it to her. Now I'm going to order another one for her and a bunch more to give as gifts for Christmas. For instance, the other night a friend of mine threw away a full, just opened bottle of wine because the bottle opener she was using chipped the glass and she didn't want to serve her guests chips of glass in their wine. I knew right then that I had to get her this bottle opener for Christmas. There is no way the glass could chip with the wine air pressure pump opener. No struggle, either! Just insert the needle, pump a few times, and voila, the cork pops out. I saw a product similar to this demonstrated at the County Fair and they were asking a lot more money. I say this product works and is priced well.

Work great!

I was about ready to stop drinking one of my favorite wines because they still use actual cork for their stoppers.They were a pain to get out and would tear apart. This cork remover works great. It is so much easier than a cork screw type. Now my wife can even open them. Also, the foil cutter works great. It removes the foil with almost no effort. I'm not sure what benefit the pressure pump/stopper is. We have a similar pourer to the one that came in this box but the quality of this new one seems to be better than our old one. It probably doesn't really make that much difference though. I'm glad that I purchased this kit.

BUY IT

This thing is GREAT! Dont break the Foil Cutter by going HAM on it, it cuts easy just apply modest pressure and spin the bottle. I didnt know this but the Wine Air Pressure Pump has a cup on it that detaches, spin it off for those fatter wine bottles, also dont hold the pump hold the bottle when pumping so you dont force the cork down (I see people use it wrong and break it and blame the pump). 10/10

Great product and easy to use

I bought some nice French wines but the corks were fragile and broke apart using my usual corkscrew wine openers. This product works exceptionally well and is very fast. While you won't see it being used at any fancy restaurants, it is perfect for home use. The accessories are also useful and the cost of the set is quite reasonable.

Simple, no twisting!

It took me a few times to figure out how to use this opener, but once I figured it out, it works great. It may startle your guests when the cork pops up. The extra pieces that come with it are a plus!
