Perfect fit for my range hood

I was looking for an LED G4 bi-pin bulb option to replace the 2 hot halogen ones that are under my range hood. The only ones I could find originally are cylindrical shaped and too large to allow me to screw the round glass protective plate back on. When I saw these Kohree disc-shaped ones at such a reasonable price, I thought I would order them to see if they work better. They do! They fit in the round puck receptacles perfectly so that the glass protectors can screw back on easily. What makes these especially good for my range hood is that all the LEDs focus down to the stove area. The color is warm. I love these LEDs!

Great for a replacement in a Class A Motorhome

One of the interesting things about Motorhomes is all of the lights they use to provide interior lighting. I have over 60 light fixtures in my coach that use this type of light. The ones I want to replace are all standard filament bulbs that are 12 Volt and are controlled through a Genie command center that adjusts the brightness of the lights. I took a chance and ordered these lights for my motorhome. Here is what I found: 1. The bulb space is limited in the fixtures, but these bulbs fit perfectly. It is still a tight fit so you have to be patient to line up the pins and have them horizontal to insert. I found that using a small flashlight to illuminate the openings helped me get them aligned just right. Once inserted, they fit perfectly. 2. As opposed to others I have tried, these lights have a molded unit around the electronics to protect them and to help dissipate heat. The “puck” works quite well and the light stays cool where the original filament bulbs got quite hot!!! These bulbs use 10 percent of the energy that the original bulbs did but provide more light and a whiter light!! 3. The one thing that I had feared was that the Aladdin system would not work with these lights. I was wrong. I can still dim them just fine without leaving any of the old bulbs in. What was more important to me is that I can turn them on or off without a delay. They work perfectly in the system. 4. The light fixtures in the motorhome are a giant pain to open in that they are glass on glass and you have to turn them 90 degrees to open or lock them in place. I fought for several hours with many of them to get them open. I did finally find one method that works without breaking the glass. Ensure the lights are cold, squirt WD49 with a application tip between the two pieces of glass. Just a bit!! Do NOT flood it. Wait five minutes and then open. Worked every time. Just ensure you completely clean the area and the glass before restoring service. These light work perfectly and I am very happy with them. I have purchased over 80 of them so that I have spares. Wish they had a large pack discount!!! I would definately recommend them if you are trying to re-lamp and older motorhome.

Perfect Range Hood Replacement Bulb

I needed to replace a burned-out halogen bulb in my Kobe range hood. After researching, including checking with Kobe, confirmed that I could replace with an LED. I researched several online. Several were too large to fit in the housing, but this one's measurements (length and depth) were just about the same as the bulb I was replacing. The bulbs arrived promptly and I just plugged it in and it works beautifully. Nice even light.

energy savings and ability to get brighter light

these little bi-pin LED G4 bulbs in disc shape are exactly as shown on the website. they're small, not too deep, and easy to insert into my fixture without the need to wear gloves like halogen bulbs. these were put into my Ikea undercounted puck lights that use an AC adapter. the old bulbs were 10w halogen bulbs that gave off heat, plus burn out easily from constant use from being on most of time. with the Kohree bulbs at only 2w, i'm saving 8w per fixture. but, these LED also give me approximately double the brightness — and that makes a big difference when illuminating the work area under the kitchen cabinets. this brand of bulbs in warm white is about 3000K in color temperature, which is more accurately described as a soft white. time will tell how durable these are, but i am very pleased with saving electricity, being more efficient, getting more illumination, and good color.

Fit shallow, round, bathroom mirror light perfectly!

These fit our bathroom cabinet/mirror perfectly. I have been using the Christmas tree type shaped led bulbs and one surprisingly went bad. They worked but were a bit long. Was concerned these would be too thick for the shallow, round fixture. I needn’t have worried. Seems these were made for such fixtures. Also got a nice increase in brightness and a whiter light. Very happy with these! highly recommended.

Safer than Xenon.

Replaced all the lights in my kitchen from incandescent to LED. There were 8 ceiling cans and 6 G9 bulbs for the bathroom vanity light and 4 G8 for the under cabinet lights in the kitchen and just switched out my G4 bulbs. These are the small round ones that I am writing about. They slipped right into the round light well on the range fan and they are quite bright. The only problem is not with the lights but the ceiling fan that I would so love to remove but that is not going to happen. They feel warm but not hot when I run my hand over the glass covering which is just what I was hoping for. I am quite happy with this purchase and they worked immediately.

These make great accent lights for the home

I hook these up to a small 12v power supply and use them to accent art and other objects. The light is perfect at 3000K, not as yellow as 2700, but not harsh like higher K. They can be hidden easily. So far no failures in 2 months, and I've run them a lot. Some have complained of flicker, but I have had none at all. (two different power supplies tested.) I think flicker is caused by the power source, not the light. Also used in curio puck fixtures and they fit perfect. But these can vary in size so I would advise to measure carefully. Very Pleased! Wish there was a dimmable version.

Amazing upgrade

I replaced the halogen G4 bulbs in the recessed lights in my living quarters trailer with these. The halogen bulbs put out a lot of heat, and caused the inverter to kick on pretty often. These pull less amps and stay consistently bright. They are amazing just to look at how they're constructed. One of the nicest upgrades you can do is to change ALL of the lights in your RV to LED lights. Educate yourself about colors and how much the out put is. You'll be disappointed if all of your lights are a "blue" hue. They make these in warm colors.

This upgrade long past due. Great improvement. Better light at 90% less wattage.

Replaced my kitchen under cabinet 20 watt (hot) halogen puck lights with these. Easy to replace... The new LEDS are slightly larger than the bulb but posed no problem. They give off great light (warm color) and run COOL to the touch. I’ve ordered these twice. ALL THE NEW LEDS are running on my OLD halogen transformers (drivers) and work fine. No flickering. No buzzing. Went from 160 watts of too-hot-to-touch lights to 16 watts of cool.

We can order them and not waste time looking for them.

We have a RV with LED lights. These bulbs fit perfectly. The bulbs are difficult to find locally. I located these bulbs on Amazon anf received them quickly. They work beautifully.
