Battery life is super-important to me and this product just lasts and lasts and lasts, which is why I didn't knock off a star for not having the grippiest clip, or the fact that the neck feels a little flimsy, like it might not last too long under the harsh conditions of being used in a household with 2 rambunctious cats. It is super flexible and is great for lighting up awkward hard to reach spaces. They call it a booklight but mine has never been on a book -- I clip it to my laptop when on battery to save energy and not use the backlit keys, I use it to change fuses and find things that have fallen into hard to reach places, I clip it to the edge of drawers so I can see what I'm digging for, I've even clipped it to a bowl of soapy water to trap fleas (they jump for the light and it's all over for them). The blue color is very pretty, the range of light settings is perfect (low is nice and low-key, high is quite bright, the light colors are all useful) and overall this is a very good light, and a good value for the money. If only the clip had just a little more oomph to it, and the neck felt more sturdy.

Momma wants to read!!!

I’m a busy mom of 3 who works full time and hardly has a second to breathe... with that being said, reading calms me. I wanted something that provides enough light for me to read, but doesn’t disturb my baby who I cosleep with. This was reasonably priced and good quality! So far so good! I love that it is rechargeable with the included charging cord. Thank you!!! :)

Makes a Great Gift

I purchased this recently for my Mom who often uses her iPad in the evenings without the light on at times. Thinking of her, I thought this would be a great gift in helping to prevent eye strains or headaches when reading a book or using a tablet at night without much light. In regards to this led light, it worked right out of the box before reading the instructions. It's also rechargeable which makes it great for travel as well. Overall, it's a useful product that makes a great gift.

I love it!

I actually bought this to use when working on cross stitch. I haven't used it yet for that because I have been crocheting. But I have clipped this on my shorts and on my shirt to provide additional light while crocheting and I love it! It has provided me with the additional light I need without disturbing my SO as he watches TV. I would highly recommend this for reading and crafting.

Great for bedtime reading

My 9yo daughter uses this every night to read before going to sleep. It easily clamps onto the headboard of her bed, or the Dream Tent that she has over her bed. It would also clamp onto a book or side table. The neck is very flexible and holds it position. It has 3 light settings, she prefers the softest -- the brightest is mid-day sun in July bright! The color is beautiful, a sweet Tiffany blue that any trendy kid/person would like! Overall and A+ purchase, I would highly recommend.

I love this little book light

I love this little book light. Let me just say that have used it for more than just a book light. We spent the night with some friends and they didn't have a night stand. I clipped this little sucker to the side of their bed and used it as a night light - only a very bright night light :). It has come in quite handy. It has 3 different light bright settings. The only thing I wish was a bit different was that the button to turn the light on was not on top of the light head but to the side...I say this because when i carry my books in my book bag; I have accidentally turned the light on because the pressure hits the top of the light.

BEST BOOK LIGHT EVER!!!! (And it’s pretty!)

I LOVE THIS BOOK LIGHT!!! So I’m an avid night time reader and I’m a school teacher home on summer vacation which means NO BEDTIME!!! However, my husband has to get up at 4:00am every day for work. This book light has been amazing!! The picture is on the lowest setting (cause you know there’s 3) and you can see the whole page is fully lit and can be read clearly! The light isn’t shining in my husbands face, my whole bedroom isn’t lit like afternoon lunch, and it’s so flexible, I can move it however I need without shining the whole room up! Plus it’s pretty 😊 BUT, my absolute favorite part (and what I think is THE best feature about this book light) it is so light weight that it’s easy to use with paperback books!!!!! It doesn’t make the book heavy, or collapse the book while you’re reading! You can clip it just onto the cover, or pages and IT DOES THE SAME EXACT JOB!!!! I LOVE THIS BOOK LIGHT!!! I’m actually thinking of getting another one to keep in my travel bag so I know I always have it! Oh yea...AND NO BATTERIES!!! So this my other favorite feature! I HATE batteries cause I never have what I need, but for the LuminoLite RECHARGEABLE LED book light...I DON’T HAVE TO WORRY ANYMORE!!! I plug it in in the morning after I get up, and it’s fully charged and ready before lunch!! Plus the charge holds for up to 6 hours on the highest setting (imagine how long this sucker lasts on low which is all you really need it on!!!) Battery life lasts long!

This was a great buy! I like the brightness and low light features. I haven't had an issue with the battery life. I charge it every once in a while when I remember to, but have not had it not work. It works well with hardcovers and paperbacks. I normally buy paperbacks because of price but love hardcovers. The light does not add extra weight. You do have to be careful when placing it in between pages because once I was being careless and bent some pages. I take care of my books so it hurt me look at the bent pages. Now I am more careful. The light clip are has white plastic that helps with not bending or creasing the pages. The wire light is flexible.

This is a wonderful little reading light

This is a wonderful little reading light! It has 3 different types of light (warm, warm white, and cool white) and each type has 3 different light intensities. I have been using this light for over a week and have not had to charge it yet. It clips easily onto my book and has a bendable neck. Most importantly, it allows me to read in bed while my husband and baby sleep soundly without any bright overhead lights on. I would definitely recommend!

Wish I had this from before!

If you’re one of those using your cell phone’s flashlight to read at night, not to disturb others, then this is a perfect item for you. If you reside in a place that doesn’t have much natural light filtering in, but don’t want to turn on any light fixtures, get this. I can see a lot of good use coming out of this - very practical and one of those things you ask yourself, why didn’t I have this earlier? The amount of light emitted is perfect and I love how you can select from three different levels of brightness AND that it also has the option of cool or warm light. Personally, I prefer the warm light option. The blue color is honestly what had attracted me, at first, but I’m glad that functionality wise, the neck bends very well, the clip looks sturdy and the product is all in all, excellent.
