Plug n Play

My note 8 Android 8.0.0. Just plug in and works right away. No setting needed. But the hang out sim card is about 3 mm thick and close to the camera opening. Can't find phone case that can wrap around the hang out sim card without lifting up a gap around the camera opening.

The dual sim adapter works great! I am using it in a Samsung A7 duos. So far so good for 3 days now.

I originally gave this product a low score because it would not work, now I am pretty sure it is my phone causing all of the problems. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8+ unlocked that I got directly from Samsung. The reason I think it is my phone is because it does not have the SIM Manager on the Connections menu. I thought this was the flagship phone from Samsung and apparently it is different from others that have no problems using the dual SIM. I appreciate GVKVGIH getting back to me and attempting to make it right.

Works Fine, But Samsung Hates It

Really glad this was a two piece set. I kind of mangled the first one as I tried to get it to work. I actually had to trim the SIM connector side with scissors to make it fit right. Once I got the second one working, everything was fine. I have two lines and my 400GB microSD. As long as I don't upgrade my ROM. Samsung is actively blocking this mod in their latest ROMs for the Note 9, and probably others. When I tried to upgrade to the latests ROM for my device, I got the message "SIM Card Tray Problem...". In the past, a simple reboot got rid of this, but not for the latest ROMs. For now, I have everything working with this modification. The hardware works as expected.
