This pan is a little slow to heat up as it is recommended you start it on medium heat, but once it gets there it heats & cooks evenly. I have a glass top stove & have been looking for a reasonable priced grill pan I could safely use on it for sometime now & so far this one seem to do the job. Please note, being a vegetarian I have only grilled fruit & veggies on this pan, but don't see why it wouldn't also work well W/meat.

I was happy wlth the size of this grill and the nonstick coating. It works very well with grilled burgers and flank steaks.

Awesome Pan!

Bought this with cooking bacon in mind, but I'm finding myself using it for everything now. Everything cooks quickly and evenly so far. Glad I made the purchase.

May 23, 2019 - VonShef Premium Hard Anodized Ridged Aluminum Grill Pan, 10 Inches square. I thought this pan would work well for bacon, and it did. I fried potatoes and onions and the pan did a good job with them also. I expected all the above but wondered how it would do with frying eggs. Well, 4 over easy eggs later (two at a time) I'm pretty happy with this new skillet. I hope it holds up over time.

It’s ok. Does not produce a grill like effect.
