This is great wool roving. I used it to needle felt and it turned out perfect. I’m a beginner and I included a picture of my creation! I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I will also be using this for weaving and it will work great for that as well.

my very first felting project.

I received a post on facebook about felting and became very interested in it, as I had a project I wanted to try. your products were my first introduction to the felting world and I am now very hooked on felting little animals. The picture is a huskie dog for a Santa scene that I wanted to make. I know it could be better, but with practice I hope to get better. So many colors!!!

This kit came with so many different colors! I was impressed by how soft and easy to use the wool is. While there isn't a lot of each color the variety of colors is perfect for accent colors and small felting projects. I would recommend this kit to anyone who is looking to increase the variety of colors of felt they have. Definitely would buy again! (and probably will soon!)

Good Selection of Colors

This is a delightful little assortment of colors, perfect for someone to experiment with felting or to have on hand for little accents in felted pieces. Colors are bright, fiber is soft, every color comes neatly separated into it's own little bag to keep it clean. I was initially surprised to find the packaging so small - but once you pull the fiber out it fluffs up quite a bit. I have included pictures to show the unpacked fiber fluffed up and the little bags of compressed fiber. With a felting needle and some embroidery thread you can make fun little pictures (felted tapestries if you want to sound precocious). For as many colors as you get it's a great value for the money and would be a good starter kit or addition to an experienced felter's fiber collection.

It may seem like the wool comes in small amounts but it goes pretty far. Item true to description, delivered promptly.

Good assortment of colors + tools

Overall this is a good set. The tools seem nice, and look like the picture (I haven't had a chance to try them yet, though). The wool comes in a pretty good assortment of colors. There were 23 different colors for me (I got 2 hot pink). There was only one blue, and no real orange just a pumpkin shade. Still, I'd probably buy it again.

Many vibrant colors; more wool in each little bag that it seems!

I am new to needle felting and started with a basic kit of tools and small amounts of roving wool. I knew some of the projects I planned were very colorful so I wanted to find more wool in many colors. This set is perfect. The amounts may seem small but in needle felting, only a little wool goes a long way!

72 color variations are a lot!

Tidy little individually bagged hanks of smooth, silky roving are easy to keep organized. I should have looked at the weight more carefully as I was initially disappointed that all the wool and packets fit into a single gallon size zip lock bag. Most of the hanks are pastel (great reds, though) and more brights would have been appreciated. Next time I’ll look for a different palette of colors. Good value for the money.

Absolutely Perfect!

The colors are all vibrant and beautiful! There seem to be a couple duplicates, but with this many colors its no issue at all. They are all packed dry and sealed in their own little bags, which are all inside a heavy-duty bag of its own. Its exactly what I wanted and I have zero complaints about this product! Thank you so much!

Good for beginner

Lots of colors to felt with. Just enough for a small project. Great starter kit for older kids and adults.
