Exceeded expectations. Great quality

This bag far exceeded my expectations. It is good, solid, quality construction--leather accents, heavyweight canvas. It feels like this bag will last a good, long time. It's honestly a little bigger than I expected--easily fits a 7.5 x 10 Moleskine notebook, and I could also fit a one or two trade paperback books in it, with room for a water bottle as well. There are pockets galore! The front flap has a zipper pocket on the outside. The buckles are decorative--the flap stays shut due to two magnetic closures under the buckles. Open the flap and there's a pouch about the depth of the flap with a zipper, and the front of the pouch has a "slide" pocket the depth of the flap. The little side pocket thing with the snap closure that folks say should be able to fit a water bottle would more accurately hold something maybe the size of a deck of playing cards. Main compartment--has a fabric divider so there are actually two big pocket areas inside, one a little shallower than the other. There's yet another zipper pocket on the inside, as well as the standard sort of slide pockets where you'd put pens or maybe an iPhone (it's a little too small to fit a Samsung Galaxy). If I had any complaints about this bag, it's that the strap doesn't get quite short enough for me, so it doesn't fit as snugly on my shoulder as I would like (I am *not* wearing it cross-body). But that is hardly a big enough complaint to dock a star given how excellent this bag is otherwise. I've gotten a ton of compliments on it, so take it from the random person who told me: This is a dope-a$$ bag.

Killer

I'm going to start by saying the ladies love this one. And I mean it. My daughter and wife both saw this and said they wanted one. Is that a good thing when I'm carrying it around myself? I'm a man. I don't shave very often. I work out a lot. So I'm pretty rough looking most of the time. Is my look so effeminate that the gals in my life think this would look good on a lady? I don't know. I think they're probably wanting one because it IS rugged. Because it's not their normal ladylike purse. It's rough around the edges and makes them look a little tougher. Not because it's weak or pretty. Either way, I love this bag. It has everything I need for my EDC essentials. I can tuck my pipe rollup, my leather journal and a good book into the large pocket, while my bottle opener and handgun go in the smaller pocket. And then I still have room. I dig this thing. I dig it like a ditch.

Great purse!

Got this because I wanted something I could use as a crossbody, but still be able to keep all the stuff I like to carry with me, on me. The little crossbody I used before could only fit my phone and wallet. Others were just too bulky and hurt my neck after a while. I used this crossbody at a street fair right after I received it and it held up great! I'm very happy with this purchase and do recommend.

Seems to be Well Made

This is a small bag but I bought it primarily to carry photo equipment, an SLR body, a couple of zoom lenses in soft cases and some miscellaneous small accessories. These all fit just fine. There are lots of pockets both inside and out. The bag is a little heavy, it’s thick canvas but it’s not so heavy that it’s a problem. I like that it has a single shoulder strap vs. two because that’s how I carry a backpack anyway. It can also be a crossbody bag if you lengthen the strap although I haven’t tried that yet.

Quality with a large, capital Q!

Just look at the price, this can't be any good can it? Well don't be fooled, it is not only very well and solidly made but it is well designed as well, superbly thought out and looks pretty cool. Thick, nicely finished canvas with leather trim and far more pockets than I had imagined, several of them zipped. I can fit my Surface Pro 6 and Remarkable 10.3" tablet along with my Kindle and all the every day carry items I need in here. I like the way the strap is reversible for left or right hand use. I'm in the market for a barrel bag too and now I know which brand I'm going to buy - Jiao Miao. Don't hesitate if you want style, quality and convenience at a fantastic price point.

Very Surprising Value!

I needed a replacement shoulder bag and came across this Jiao Miao bag on Amazon. It's difficult to judge a bag via the internet, but at the price I figured I'd try it. When the bag arrived, I was stunned at just how good the bag actually is! Its outside is a heavy canvas with a flap that doubles as a zippered pocket. Inside there are several pockets. The side pocket features a sturdy snap and is big enough for a small water bottle or my mini flashlight. The rear zippered pocket features a couple more internal pockets. The shoulder snap allows for excellent fit and the leather accents are lovely. I was so pleased with this bag that I ordered another. Thanks!

Best Sling Bag Ever

Totally awesome sling bag for day trips going to the park, beach, a hike, or any type of music festival etc. I love that this little bag has so many compartments, pockets, zippers etc. It doesn't hold a whole lot as it is a smaller to medium sling bag but is made to hold only a small amount if you're in the market for a bag that's not too big & bulky & is something you can grab & take on the go & doesn't take a lot of space. The stitching on this bag is superb & strong! A lot better than other slings & backpacks that I currently & formerly have owned. The bag itself is made of a very durable canvas type of material & is great quality. The zipper pulls come with what I assume to be faux leather accents which give the sling a lot of character. I ordered my bag in green or more like an olive green/natural or earth tone green & it looks amazing. I would DEFINITELY recommend buying a sling from the manufacturer Jiao Miao as the quality & price of their sling bags are excellent & you totally get your money's worth.

Lots of Pockets and Very Sturdy

Lots of pockets and very sturdy. I really enjoy having a place for everything. As a very busy mother of two young kids and restaurant manager, I'm always on the go and need to take a lot of stuff along with me that I need for the day. This bag lets me do this without having a giant mess of stuff that I need to rummage through. Before this bag, I was using a Kavu rope bag for about two years which I LOVED. This bag allows for more organization and more room, but the Kavu bag was more comfortable to carry. They both seem to have the same dimensions and take up the same amount of space. The only negatives I could think of would be that this bag does pull on my shoulder a bit if I don't use it as a cross-body type bag when I have heavy things inside of it. The company could easily fix this problem with one of those sliding shoulder pads. The bag itself is a bit on the heavy side, but it is made of very durable canvas so that is to be expected. These negatives are just me being very nit-picky though. I put a LOT of stuff in this thing and it gets very heavy (several drink bottles, heavy wallet, extra shirt, medications, snacks, notebooks, phone, etcetcetc) so of course it would pull on my shoulder. It's still holding up very nicely with no rips or tears. It goes through the washing machine and dryer well and didnt hold a coffee stain. 10/10 would recommend.

Wow, I’m really impressed with the quality of this crossbody pack! It’s very inexpensive but seems to be made very well! Lots of little storage compartments and very comfortable to have on! This will be a nice alternative to carrying a purse on my upcoming trip overseas.

Small, yet amazing storage capacity.

It's a rather small pack, but I knew that from the product description. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of pockets and compartments. I don't think the pictures do it justice. It's great to keep things organized and it makes the small overall dimensions of the bag go much further than I expected. It seems to be made well, also. No loose stitches or anything like that. I was somewhat worried about the magnet clasps on the outside "straps." I thought actual straps would be better, but these are some mighty strong magnets and I worry no more. An excellent, small, pack for the price.
