Amazing knife for the price

Wow!!what a day. Busy day at my restaurant so decided to buy this deba left handed knife, so busy not enough time to cut 2 whole Salmon, it cut thru the bones like butter. Finish my 2 salmon in less than 10 min. Will post pics or video next time I cut a salmon, really amazing knife for the price and has an amazing way to it. Love it !!!!!!!

Excellent left handed fish cutting knife for sushi chefs.

My husband is a sushi chef. Especially he is left handed when he cut fish or roll. This was really good one for him. He is very happy with it and it is exactly what he expected it to be the length and the material and etc.

Very nice left handed chefs knife

This knife is really nice. Which it should be for the price. Its very heavy and sharp. Easy to handle. I had several knife people try to tell me that there are no 'left handed' knives. They were lying to me to sell their lame knives. Don't fall for it. There is a difference! This is a fabulous gift for the left handed friend in your life.
