great tech support

I had a problem with connecting a long range external barcode reader and tech support helped me figure out what the problem was. The support was prompt and helpful.

Excellent product and company

Product works great. Using 16 Handheld POS in a warehouse setting and has increased efficiency 10 fold. We have had a few of these dropped and MunByn has replaced with new scanners, no questions asked. Very good product and working with the company when I need help.

Great handheld PDA barcode scanner!

This is an overall great handheld barcode scanner and POS system. Its basically an android phone but with a bunch more capabilities. We bought these to use with Microsoft PowerApps app we created to have each machine and area keep track of their daily green cards or time sheets as well as tracking our inventories and it does everything we need and more! It has a decent size screen and the front keypad is great with bigger buttons than others we had tried. The barcode scanning software works great as well and has a bunch of customization options which helps streamline our entries. Also the manufacturer MUNBYN has been great with their customer service even though they are on the other side of the world which was very helpful when the Microsoft app wasnt working until Microsoft put out an update and fixed it due to their last update breaking the login function. Not much I can complain about but there was a very small piece of acrylic/plastic tape on the battery terminal that is very hard to see and luckily I saw on another of their device's Amazon picture showing a warning to remove the tape so I wished there was something on the device or some note in the box that warned you about that. Again it was an overall great product that we will be using many of these devices throughout the plant to help us enter data into our systems!
