Ideal solution for my problem

Ordered & received, not yet installed as I haven't been at the location where it will be used. I need to convert a hitch-pin tow assy on a lawn sweeper to fit a ball hitch on a lawn tractor. This hitch was the closest to my needed specs (and inexpensive!) I could find. A couple holes in the attachment's channel tongue, a couple bolts and bushings added, and all the hassles of the OEM hookup are a thing of the past. The ball hitch itself appears to be well-made and suitable for any lightweight tow application. I might want something more substantial if I were towing a heavy load and/or frequently, but for my purposes this is ideal.

A dump cart hitch conversion

I buy these to convert dump carts to ball hitch instead of the hitch pins. I bought this one for my Ohio Steel cart. Removed the pin hitch and mounted this to the trailer tongue with the original two 3/8" bolts and it's good to go. Did have to drill new holes on the top of the trailer tongue, but it was piece of cake.

Heavy duty

This seems to be a good hitch coupler. Just what I wanted. I did have to drill one hole to attach it, but I expected that.
