I love my Sweet Sweat wasit trimmer!!!

This waist trimmer is like none I've owned before and I love it! The inside material stays in place when you put it around your waist and it really does increase how much you sweat in that area. One thing though, I have sensitive skin and I'm not quite sure what was applied to the inner side of the waist trimmer but I can't place it directly on my stomach because whenever I take it off it's always red and starts to burn for a long time. I tried wiping it off as the instructions suggested but it still irritates my skin. So, I place it over high waisted legging so that it's not directly on my skin and that works for me. I eat healthy regularly but I do believe this waist trimmer has sped up the process of me having a completely flat tummy now after consistently using it. Now, this product is not magic, you have to exercise while wearing it or put it on while doing some chores around the house and you'll start to feel your stomach or abs getting a bit of work in. I bought 2 pairs, one for exercising and another to wear under my loose clothes when I go out and want to get in some extra sweat at the same time. If you weren't sure about purchasing this product the final decision is obviously yours but all I can tell you is that I love mine!

It only works if you do

I love my belt!!! I am 5’5” and have been on a long and slow weight loss journey, starting at 235lbs. I waited a bit so I could see how it went with this so here’s my full review. How does it fit? When I originally ordered this on October 28th, I weighed 180lb and was wearing size 14 jeans, M or L in tops. I purchased a size Medium and it was the perfect size. However, I wish I had ordered a Small because i was expecting to continue losing weight and it happened! The band is so long and stretchy that i could have easily gotten a small and still been able to use it then, as well as if I continue to lose more. Whereas now, i think I’m quickly approaching a time when I’ll need to order one in Small. I am now 165lb and wear size M and 10/12 in jeans. This is after a month of use. The ONLY thing I think could use improvement is that the width of the belt doesn’t cover my entire midsection. I still have a lot of work to do so my stomach isn’t flat. I wear it low enough to cover my lower belly fat, and there is about a 2-3” gap between the belt and my sports bra. I wish it could cover everything, but I am somewhat taller and, again, tummy isn’t flat, so it’s not really a deal breaker for me. Does it work? Yes, yes, yes! I have used this with their sweet sweat stick and gel, and have used it without either and still had results. On its own, i still sweat a loooot more than usual. However with the stick or gel, i am literally dripping sweat everywhere. I’m talking belly, arms, face, legs, EVERYWHERE! Its kinda gross but i know it’s working. I always feel less bloated after a gym session, and i see my tummy going down each time. The key is to stay hydrated every day, whether you are going to use it that day or not. Then the weight and inches lost isn’t just water weight, it’s true results. It can be a short-lived solution to fit into that dress, or it can be an effective weight loss solution to shed inches and pounds and keep it off. It just depends on how much work you want to put in. It won’t do the work itself. Consistency is key! How does it hold up? It’s great if you take care of it. After every use, I wipe it down with a paper towel to remove as much of the sweat and sweet sweat gel I can. Then I run it under warm water and rinse the rest off then hang up to air dry. Every few days I’ll use a small amount of soap and do the same. I made the mistake of washing it once and it did start pilling, but only a tiny tiny bit and that was my mistake. If you hand wash this, it should hold up really well. It hasn’t lost any elasticity and it is still very effective after many regular hand washes. My only regret with this is not having ordered it sooner. I have been going at this for a little over a year now and lost 55lbs without it. I’ve now lost about 15lbs in a little over a month while using it, for a total of 70lbs and counting. It’s not a miracle worker, it won’t get you results unless you are truly putting in the effort. I go to the gym 3-4x a week and use it every time, but I also drink A LOT of water daily and eat healthy (low carb). I recommend this to anyone I come across because it really is an amazing product.

It seems to work!

I am always hesitant about products like this but I read enough reviews to convince me to try out the Sweet Sweat waist trimmer. Firstly, I am 5’4, 165lbs and currently wearing a size 8 in clothes and M-L shirts because of an unruly midsection. I am usually a size 6 and 138lbs but being a mom of twins as took a toll on my girlish figure. After looking at pics, measuring my tummy, and reading reviews I went with the Medium Sweet Sweat waist trimmer. Glad I did. It’s just right a fit comfortably with my work out clothes. My husband put the trimmer on the first time and it was so tight. It felt uncomfortable by the time I got to the gym so I loosened it up a notch. Did my work out routine and when I came home I had a lot more sweat in my midsection than usual. The first time wearing I decided to not use the sample oil. The next day I used the oil and I tightened the trimmer myself. When I came home from my workout sweat poured out! Needless to say I will continue using the trimmer with the sample oil. Great price and quality waist trimmer.

Totally worth it! Amazing!

I wear a corset, aka waist trainer, and I wanted something to work out in. I read all sorts of reviews on this product and I couldn’t be more excited to buy it! My waist is a 32 and according to their chart, a M would fit. I wanted a small but it keeps being sold out and I really wanted it to M it was. Got it in a few days and the medium fits but it might be a smidge too big. I am planning on getting my waist smaller to a Small would be ideal later down the road. I wash it in my washer under “hand wash cycle” and hang dry it and it’s torallt fine. I don’t dry anything but maybe I should if I want it to shrink some. I love it and it really does what it says! I sweat so much and been noticing a difference in my waist! GET IT, YOULL LOVE IT!

Honestly worth the buy

What can I say about this waist trimmer? It's absolutely amazing! It makes you drip in sweat. I tried it with the sweet sweat cream and it was ok, tried it with my own personal cream and it made me stain my gym pants with sweat! It's so satisfying to know how much I'm sweating. I love it so so much! No other waist trimmer works like this one.

Great product!

I love it! I wish I would have sized down though, I weigh 210 and I bought an XL but it is huge :/ I still wear it because it works! my tummy sweats a river when I use it. I use it also when I'm cleaning the house and I sweat just by moving around. Great product and for the price this is a win. I will be purchasing another one but for my husband.
