Small, but Nice

I love the cage. It’s perfect for holding one or two mice at a time. ( I use this for feeder mice for my snake)

sturdy and portable

I bought this for transporting feeder mice. Very easy to hook the cage to the base with zip ties. Very sturdy and workable. No more loosing mice in the car on the way home

Perfect for when he needs a cage change

We needed something to put our little buddy in while we changed his cage. This is perfect. Size is good so he's not too cramped.

Great little cage for TEMPORARY housing ONLY!

Please do not buy this small cage as a permanent resident for your little pet. It is small - very small. I used it for a few weeks after I got in 2 little orphaned squirrels that were 3 weeks old, but they rapidly outgrew it. It was fine at first because all the little squirrels did was sleep, but once their eyes opened and they started moving around on their own, a bigger cage was definitely in order. I did not use the wheel - because it really is too small for anything other than a tiny, tiny mouse to use, but I did use the water bottle once I moved the squirrels to a larger cage and introduced water into their system. But the plunger part comes out easily so you need to check it often to ensure the water hasn't drained out. The little dish is cute, but is very small too. It isn't large enough to be a regular food dish and rodents will chew away at it because it is made of plastic. This cage works well as a temporary holding cage if you have to transport something for a short time, but please do not subject an animal to living in it on a regular basis, that would be cruel. For temporary holding or transport of mice, rats, hampsters, gerbils and baby squirrels, it is a great cage. Beyond that, please look at something larger.
