Crystal Clear! I have been searching for a different resin to use in creating my resin rings and pendants I sell on etsy. I was looking for a crystal clear resin, non-toxic, no smell and bubble free. I just finished my first ring and it is absolutely water clear in color and has no bubbles. I am so happy that I found this resin. It is very easy to work with 1:1 ratio and has a decent work time. I am a perfectionist and as such demand perfection in my jewelry supplies - well, Art 'N Glow has met my expectations and has found a buyer for life.

If you are new to resins, which I am, the trick to having bubble free products is get the resin warmed up. I live in Las Vegas and have the air temp in my home at about 78 degrees. When I first poured it, it was full of bubbles! Then I read up on and watched some videos about using resins and promptly put it out in my 98 degree garage. Once warmed up, the resin poured beautifully. Here are some pictures of a simple cube I made to experiment with. There are a little bit of bubbles but overall it's pretty nice.

Absolutely love this product! I've used other resin, and this one is my new favorite! I use resin for jewelry making, and in the photo I've added, i used this resin AND a glow in the dark pigment. THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING, DOES NOT GLOW UNLESS MIXED WITH SEPARATE PRODUCT. (Normally this resin is crystal clear, the glow powder makes it milky in color.) The resin comes carefully packaged, so there were no leaks, or damages. I would recommend this product to anyone interested in using or working with resin!

I have recently tried this resin for the first time as part of some medieval model making, where I was looking for a product to act as “stained glass” in a rose window. Attached is the result which I was very happy with. Now please understand this is clear resin which I added some mica powder as a Coloring agent (also bought From amazon) and it worked beautifully. I first carved the windows on a cnc then covered one side with tape, flipped it over and poured in the resin. I made several other windows without the coloring for a clear effect. What I found is that when sanded smooth, of course the surface of the resin gets scratched up and it gives a frosted window appearance. However when I put a polyurethane coat on it, the windows immediately became transparent again. Mixing the product was easy - I didn’t have graduated measuring cups so I just eyeballed a 50/50 mix in two identical cups, trying to keep each side the same and it worked no problem. I did mix thoroughly as directed and was pleased to see that I didn’t have a lot of trouble with bubbling during the drying process. I ended up ordering a second batch of this for more future projects - highly recommended. Fun and easy product to use.

This is the second brand of resin I purchased I found it much easier to work with, it self leveled nicely, bubbles were torched out very easily and I had pretty good results for being a beginner working with the product highly recommend I had a great result...

I liked this resin so much that I came back to write a review (which I don't think I've ever done) AND purchase a bunch more! Here's why: I purchased some of this resin with a great deal of skepticism. My past experiences with OTHER clear resins were that they were very moisture and temperature sensitive, somewhat intolerant of additives like dyes and pigments, too thick to flow into the small details of my jewelry-sized molds, required vacuum degassing, pressure casting and even baking in an oven. This clear resin from Art 'N Glow was the complete opposite of all that. I was highly suspicious of the self-degassing claim, but sure enough, given a few hours, all the bubbles rose to the top and popped. I've experimented with adding dyes, pigments and glitter and the resin hardens up perfectly each time. The pot life is long enough to allow me to take my time, adjust additive amounts and slowly fill small molds. It DOES take the full 24 hours to completely cure, but I feel that that is a worthwhile sacrifice considering the ease of use. So far I have yet to find anything that makes me regret my purchase. Really great stuff!

Tried out a few pieces and was very impressed that there was no odor. The instructions say low odor and to use in a ventilated area, but I didn't smell anything. The resin produced bubbles due to stirring, but I popped them with a toothpick. After about 22 hours I removed my hardened, bubble free pieces from the mold. This is a foolproof resin that produces nice results. Will try layering next time or even that new petri dish look.

This product was very easy to use for a beginner like me. I’ve been a little hesitant to try an epoxy after accidentally buying the wrong kind at my local hardware store. I took a chance after ready the reviews on this product and I’m so happy with the results. I’ve started making painted and glittered tumblers. This product gives me the time I need to cover the tumblers completely and I love the fact that I don’t have to worry about bubbles! I will be purchasing this epoxy again, but in a larger quantity.

I bought this product to save my dining room table which took a trip across the road during my recent move. The only scratching was across the top and I didn’t feel like sanding the deep scratches away. I saw a project someone did with apoxy on a table, got an idea, and ordered this product. I mixed small amounts of several different colors, tackling different parts of the table and doing several layers using a sponge brush. I could still see the lines underneath and wanted to do more so I used acrylic sharpies & krylon leafing pens to draw a design. I will finish it off with more layers of this epoxy.

This product is fantastic! I'm totally satisfied with this Art & Glow casting/coating epoxy resin set. It's very easy to use for beginners and advanced users alike. Just make sure you have enough ventilation and don't let any go down the drain! Pour the same amount of each bottle's contents into a plastic cup (or silicone measuring cup, which you can reuse forever!) and mix together. Then stir in your colors and materials and pour into your silicone mold. It cures overnight or over the day. There are endless creative possibilities here! I've made art and jewelry, including a cool faceted bangle bracelet. This is an awesome epoxy resin set!
