I love that I can make a quick meal in half the time. I was scared of using a pressure cooker, however with this product, it makes it so much safer as long as you are following the proper directions. Boiled eggs in minutes, hot wings, you name it....wonderful product!

We bought this to replace our slow cooker, steaming racks and rice cooker and we couldn't be happier. My wife made rice in about half the normal cook time and it tasted great. I decided to make shredded chicken street tacos. Total cooking time from plugging in to eating was 45 MINUTES! A slow cooker would take hours to produce the same tenderness and juiciness pulled chicken. Even my 11 year old loved the fact that the chicken wasn't dry like most chicken is. The build quality is fantastic and my wife loves the red finish. This model seems to come with all of the necessary tools and instructions. You can buy an Instapot cookbook but there are TONS of recipes on Pinterest.

So far have just used as a pressure cooker on a roast. Meat was so moist and tender! So easy to clean up!

I'm a wee bit cautious on the durability issue. The last one (returned) the. plastic moulding cracked for no known reason. Otherwise this is a wonderful addition to our kitchen.

Makes dinner like you would not believe. Bought one for my daughter.

This one was purchased for my lake house. I have an IP Duo at home, and liked it so much that I wanted a second for the lake.

Dislike? Only that I didn't buy the 8 QT. Oh, and that I didn't buy the model that makes yogurt! There's a steep learning curve (for me anyway), but this thing is my new kitchen friend. And my wife loves the meals I make with it. The pot roast was delicious! I also put 4 lbs. of buffalo wings in the thing. The meat came off the bone. I did put them in the over following their stint in the Insta-Pot to make the crisper before dipping in red hot sauce with butter. Want to make some hard boiled eggs soon to really impress my wife. I'm earning so much street cred with her.

This was a gift for an elderly aunt who is also a caretaker of her husband. She is not in the best of health either. I knew that this would simplify meal times for her , IF SHE WOULD USE IT! Older ladies do not comprehend cooking frozen meat and it being so tender and wonderful to eat. Once I showed her some recipes, she is sold. Great gift!!!!

This is my second one. Gave my first one to my son. I love using this.
