Small but mighty!

Small but comfortable to hold in hand. Blade guard nicely designed. Works as intended for cleaning cook top. Extra blades appreciated. After cutting myself with a cheaper, poorly-designed razor blade scraper (unknown to me, the blade became exposed and I reached for it in the drawer; you can guess the bloody mess.....). That thing went right into the trash! No chance of that happening with this little tool!

excellent kitchen helper!

Great tool! I really like how the blade is protected so easily and quickly. Actually fits my smaller hand, too. It lives in the drawer right next to my glass top stove, always handy! Strongly recommend this.

Great scraper!

I got my first glass-top stove in 1993 and just used the scraper and cleaner that came with it. They didn't do the greatest job, but I figured that was just the way things were. Three years ago, I moved into a new house. The prior owner, who was a bit of a jerk, took the stove even though it was supposed to be left. Since I had already decided to get a new dishwasher along with the frig, I went ahead and purchased a new glass-top stove to match. It came with the same old cleaner, but a new style of scraper, which was horrible. After going through several of those, I decided to give the Werxrite RetraGuard Razor Blade Scraper Tool a try. What a world of difference! It's a nice, substantial tool that fits my hand well. The blades are easy to change and retract nicely for safety (something the prior scraper did not do). And talk about cleaning! Scraping my stovetop is a breeze. Before, I really had to put some muscle into it to get some of the stuff scraped, and often, it didn't even touch it. The Werxrite is perfectly designed to scrape without requiring a lot of pressure. I'm going to get more to put in the garage, the bathrooms, the basement, my office, etc. so I can be sure to have one at hand whenever I need it. Great product!

Love the extra blades and safety features!

I've had these before and this one is so much better than the ones before. I love that it comes with so many extra blades and that it is retractable. Other ones I've had weren't, and I always worried someone was going to cut themselves. I'm a teacher so I use this to remove tape and stickers, etc. Would definitely recommend or buy again if I needed a second one.

Indispensable for ceramic-topped stoves

I had one of these (or something similar) for a while and it broke so I got rid of it and just used safety razors to clean the cooktop. Then I got a new one and I think my cleaning lady almost cried she was so happy. Does a much better, safer job than using a safety razor. Also a LOT easier to replace the blade in this one than the kind I had before--I actually had to Google an online video to figure out to change the blade in the last scraper I had. I got a big box of blades (like 100 or something) so the blade can be replaced every time if you want (although this hasn't been necessary. What makes me super-happy about this is its utility in cleaning any other scratch-proof, scrapable surface. I had a super-hard sooty wood stove glass door I was miserably trying to slog through with woodstove glass door cleaner and it occurred to me to try this scraper and that door was clean in 2 minutes, EASILY. Works on granite, windows, ANYTHING. I mean, know that your surface is OK with a blade before you use it, but this thing is versatile--nay, I'd even call it indispensable!

Everyone needs one of these!

Product is very durable and easy to use. I’m a mom and use the razor often, My son got a sticker stuck on my car window and it’s nice that I had it with me. Love that I don’t have to worry about my kids around it either. Extra blades was an added benefit and it was super fast shipping. Will definitely be ordering more.

Simple but Wow

Ya, I wasn't expecting much from this simple idea/simple design but the angle and function of this thing have made me very happy. I can use a razor blade and be very careful with the angle (ya, right). cleaning that dreaded Glasstop stove besides Vinegar and baking soda is a pain but this helped a lot...not a little. just got one for the neighbor (who just got a glass top stove) who saw me use it and thought it was a great little tool. One criticism...I'm guessing the blades are of poor quality although very sharp initially. They dull Very quickly. Guess that's why they give you so many also. But really, how often are you going to use this? I plan on using on the stove top mostly. So ya, absolutely 5 stars even despite the blade dulling quickly. I have to look into replacement blades eventually...not sure if they are just standard that you can buy anywhere

I love it for glass stove maintenance

I use this on my glass stove along with Weiman glass cook top cleaner and polish .My glass stove like new again .

Doesn’t damage your glass cook top!

This thing is AWESOME!! I was worried it might take all the markings on my glass cool top off, but the reviews on here talked me into trying it. So glad I did! My husband promptly went next door to his mom’s and cleaned hers as well. I immediately ordered another! Thanks!!

A clean stove

IT WORKS...I do mot remember where I saw this but I have tried everything to clean burnt on spills off of my glass cook top and nothing worked...so I just got this delivery 30 min ago and at last cook top is clean and unscratched. Once you think the top is clean, change ge the angle and direction to get more off without scratching the glass top...best find ever.
