My cats and dog love it!

I was worried about size... that it might be too large and take up space or too small and have to fill it all the time. They got this right! It’s just big enough to fit anywhere AND hold a good amount of water. My cats were skiddish about it at first so we put some treats near it, before we knew it, they were drinking! I worried about them playing in the water (they usually do with our big gravity water dish) but they have not made a mess with this one!

Great customer service!

We purchased the water fountain for our 3 cats. In which one cat is very particular about his water. We've had other fountains before, but they were very hard to keep clean. Not only do all 3 cats love this fountain & it is super easy to clean. So when the pump stopped working after 3 months, I emailed customer service. Eric was terrific who quickly sent out a new pump. I was very happy & relieved because my cats are sure to let me know they did not appreciate drinking still water from a bowl! Thank you, Eric!

This water fountain is awesome and my cat loves it!

I tried to leave comments for the water fountain itself but didn't work so I will just leave the reviews here. My cat doesn't like to drink water in general but she really loves and is interested in this water fountain. I am so glad she is drinking more water because of this. The filter replacements are also good. well packed. I highly recommend this product especially if your cat doesn't drink water from regular bowl.

Great fountain that encourages cats to drink!

I bought a second one within six months of the first one because the cats loved the first one so much! I now have one downstairs and one upstairs. I like the small footprint design, plus it's lightweight and the filter really keeps the water clean. Also, I had an issue with the first one's pump. It stopped working after a few months of normal wear and tear. The company was great to work with and they sent me a new pump free of charge.

Definitely nice if you have to leave your pet inside a room for an extended time!

I actually find this water fountain to be pretty useful. The carbon filter packs help keep the water clean. Everything is made good quality with none of the plastic seeming brittle. The pump operation is nearly silent and it doesn't take up much room. I think if you have a pet in a room or office for extended periods of time or deal with debris falling into your pets water dish, this might be the product for you!

I purchased this for my cat for Christmas. Yes. I'm one of those crazy cat ladies. My cat is 11 years old. At first he just looked at it. Then he started playing in the streams of water - and didn't get the place soaked. By the end of the afternoon he was drinking out of it. The motor is super quiet. So quiet that you hear the water but not the motor. I would definitely recommend for cats of any age. And pet owners too. No worries about your cat having enough water available while you're at work.

I am still using the original filter for the water device. The water stays really clean of dust, dirt, And cat hair. I am very pleased with it, and the fountain. Glad to have ordered extra filters to have on hand. Seems like a good company with a good product. My cat with kidney issues drinks much more water with the fountain and the filter catches everything.

By using these, I now know how icky the water really is coming out of my tap!

And to think my tap water is clean, these proved me otherwise. I set up the MOSPRO Pet fountain on May 13th. I just looked at the filter, May 31, and was quite surprised to see how dirty the filter was, and not from hair or dropped food, just from the water alone. I'll be using filtered water from now on for the fountain. I drink filtered water anyways.... If you purchase the MOSPRO Pet Fountain, you should get these filters too, as I couldn't find any others that fit properly. I would have liked to leave a review for the MOSPRO fountain, but it won't let me. I highly recommend that product as well.

Fountain works like a charm

Clean, simple to install with no carbon particles evident in water. Fountain works like a charm, very quiet. Cat is afraid of it so am using it without the flower on top of the stream of water. This is making it more subtle and hopefully will interest a scared cat to try it out.
