I love this cookware... the finish is slick and smooth and about as nonstick as it can be. And I don't have to worry about teflon peeling off into the food. Nothing sticks and Even melted cheese washes right out with no problem. I can see why it is hard to find this stuff to buy more. As soon as people try it they want more and I guess the supply just can't keep up with the demand!

Despite competition from pans that have been with us for years, this and the companion Carote piece we purchased have instanlty become the most used pans in our kitchen. Heat eagerly and quickly, and the cleanup could not be easier.

LOVE. Love everything about it. This is my third Carote cooking pan and I love them all.

I love this pot and the material it's made of. Great non stick, easy to clean. Be aware though, any non stick pot or pan should probably only be used at low to medium heat, and hand wash them with a gentle sponge. Don't use high heat, don't use metal cooking utensils in it, and don't put it in the dishwasher. For high heat use cast iron or stainless steel. Use it properly and it will work well for you.

Great Price & Amazing Non Stick

CAROTE pots and pans might be Amazon's best kept secret. Should definitely be an Amazon Choice or Best Seller product. Pros: You will not disappointed in the non stick ability. Cons: So far none. And I don't for see there be any.
